We had a great stay; it was very clean and felt like home. Close to the aquarium and the Porto Antico, a 10-minute walk away, with free parking available.

I spent two nights with my husband and my son and I was satisfied to have chosen this B&B. Clean and spacious room and also the bathroom with a large shower. Self-service breakfast but still pleasant with everything necessary. Possibility to use the shared kitchen and store food and drinks in the fridge. Owner available and kind in providing many tourist information. 15 minutes on foot from the old port.

I stayed with my husband at this property. The B&B is cozy and close to P. Principe station and the metro station (DiNegro). There is a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a hearty breakfast and possibly lunch or dinner. There is both a traditional oven and a microwave. In the surrounding area, there are dining establishments (gastronomy, focaccia, minimarket). The manager is very helpful and provided us with useful tips for our stay. Despite being close to a busy road and the port, the interior is perfectly insulated and quiet. Very satisfied.

In this structure I experienced for the first time a stay in completely self-service mode (or almost), from access to the structure to breakfast. For breakfast, it is very good as a method, albeit original, because it allows you to prepare it independently as if you were at home (the manager of the structure provides fresh baked goods every morning).\n Regarding the rest, the structure puts the location in the background (not the best but well served by public transport) as it has recently been renovated, so everything is new: the rooms are clean, comfortable and furnished in a modern way (the air conditioner is practical and the soundproofed windows are useful for the area). If I have to nitpick, I must say that for being in 2023 it is out of place that the only payment method available is cash (there are now various alternatives... .).

Cozy room, not very large bathroom but recently renovated, thorough cleaning both in the room and in the bathroom. I would definitely come back. The lady who welcomed us was very kind. It's a shame that there was nothing fresh for breakfast due to the covid situation. Small suggestion, small shower gel/shampoo bottles in the bathroom would be appreciated.

Abbiamo di recente seguito il suo suggerimento e abbiamo aggiunto prodotti da bagno nelle docce in flaconi ricaricabili e non monodose, così da evitare inutili sprechi di plastica. Anche il servizio colazione è stato implementato con brioches, pane e focaccia freschi tutte le mattine, messi a disposizione in box singoli da consumarsi in autonomia assieme al resto presente in cucina. Latte, Tè, Caffe in moka, succhi di frutta, marmellate, burri e yogurt. In alta stagione mettiamo a disposizione anche frutta fresca. Spero ci verrete nuovamente a trovare per testare i nuovi servizi Cogliamo l'occasione per inviarvi un caloroso saluto

B&B Caterina is located in an old building in front of the old port. The city center is within walking distance or by metro that stops in front of the property. The apartment has been recently renovated. The rooms are well-maintained, the bathroom is functional and clean. Mr. Mirko was very welcoming and kind, especially in suggesting tourist and food and wine itineraries. The Italian-style breakfast (sweet only) is served in the beautiful entrance hall.
