You may cancel your booking up to 60 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

We had a very pleasant stay. Very nice place, well located, clean, quiet with everything you need. Breakfast is very good and the cakes are homemade, the lady is lovely. Ideal location and small parking in front of the property. The beds are comfortable, the room quite spacious so I recommend this accommodation without hesitation. The only small downside was a problem with the shower drain, and the walls are quite thin so bring earplugs.

The excellent structure and the spacious and quiet room made our stay pleasant. Nicola, the manager, was attentive and precise in answering our questions. He provided us with useful information about the beaches to visit and the boats to rent. The breakfast was plentiful and of quality, with homemade cakes by Mrs. Eugelia.
Strategic location to reach all the beaches and very close to the center of San Teodoro. Brand-new, welcoming, and functional structure. Breakfast with homemade products really excellent. Absolutely recommendable.

Brand new B&B with spacious rooms and private parking. Patio or balcony available for each room with table and chairs, as well as a clothesline per room (really appreciated). Just minutes away from San Teodoro, in a strategic location to reach the town in the evening and the most beautiful beaches. Very kind hosts and breakfast with super homemade cakes.
Nice structure, in a quiet area and a few minutes by car from the center and beaches. The verandas of the room are very beautiful, directly overlooking the garden and clean environments. Varied breakfast but unfortunately not respecting hygiene standards (the attendant served the food by touching it with hands, without the use of tongs or cutlery).
Excellent structure to visit the most famous beaches in the area. With a 5-minute drive you can reach the town center and within a maximum of 15 minutes the surrounding beaches. The area is very quiet and peaceful, you sleep very well. Room equipped with everything you need and a newly built and modern structure. Excellent breakfast, with sweets made by Nicola's mom.
Great location, two minutes from the beautiful beaches of Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi and less than 10 minutes from the center of San Teodoro. Nicola was very kind at check-in, where he also provided us with a map of the area, one of the city and a list of restaurants in the area where we could have dinner. Delicious homemade pastries for breakfast. Large and clean room with a very convenient balcony with a clothesline.
B&B not in the center but convenient to reach all the main attractions of San Teodoro. Well-kept and renovated structure, as well as the exterior. The room was large and clean, we had a great time also because the people who manage it are attentive and available for every guest need. Private parking and breakfast were also excellent. Recommended!
Quite good structure, a few kilometers from all the most beautiful beaches and also from the center of San Teodoro. The manager is helpful and kind, as well as the lady who prepares breakfast (good). We will return.
We stayed at Guest Rooms for 10 days, we had a great time. Located a few kilometers from the center, on the main road, yet you can enjoy the silence and tranquility of the place. The breakfast is excellent, the lady prepares homemade sweets and suggests places to have lunch, dinner, and beaches to visit. Kindness and courtesy are the order of the day. The structure is new and has a well-kept garden, the rooms are clean and the design is simple and elegant. We will definitely come back!
Great place, great welcome from the managers Nicola and his mom! Very kind in providing us with everything we asked for (including a very useful umbrella for those like us who arrived by plane). Excellent breakfast with fresh and homemade products.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura (2 adulti e 1 bambino di 11 anni) fra fine agosto e prima settimana di settembre. Pro: nuova e ben curata, colazione buona con prodotti fatti in casa, spazio esterno con tavolino e stendipanni, parcheggio disponibile, accettano pagamenti elettronici, buon rapporto qualità /prezzo. Contro: pulizie ogni 3 giorni, 3° letto per bambino un po' essenziale. Ci tornerò volentieri

La gentilezza del gestore è stata manifestata ancor prima di soggiornare in questa struttura, fin dalla fase della prenotazione.
Le stanze sono nuove, pulitissime e confortevoli. Bello vedere il canneto e il giardino, sembra di stare in piena campagna ma si è ad un passo dalle spiagge e da San Teodoro. Molto buona la colazione e i panettoni fatti in casa.
Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 per 6 notti la settimana dopo ferragosto. La struttura è nuova, dotata di tutto il necessario con possibilità di angolo cottura e in tutte un mini frigo e un balconcino con tavolino per cenare fuori. Colazione abbondante grazie alla gentilissima mamma di Nicola che ogni giorno sforna dolci fantastici ed era disponibile ad ogni richiesta. La posizione è ottima, si raggiunge il centro di San Teodoro e tutte le spiaggia in 5 minuti di macchina. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente. Lo consigliamo assolutamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 5 all'11 luglio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottima posizione, camera pulitissima e personale gentile e disponibile. Se dovessimo rifare una vacanza da quelle parti ci ritorneremmo sicuramente.
Tutto perfetto: camere (monolocali) perfettamente attrezzate (angolo cottura con tutte le stoviglie necessarie, frigo/freezer, lavello) e proprietari gentilissimi, colazione con prodotti freschi e genuini.
Complimenti, ci torneremo quando faremo tappa nuovamente in zona. Consigliato.
