Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ottimo posto dove soggiornare per recarsi alla clinica Villa Laura, rispetto ad altre esperienze qui non ci è mancato nulla. Consigliato!

Struttura pulita e ben arredata, camere spaziose e confortevoli, proprietari gentili. Unica nota negativa è che l'appartamento non è sufficientemente riscaldato.

Ho avuto modo di soggiornare in questo B&B, e devo dire che oltre a quanto descritto ho avuto modo di conoscere marco il gestore, anche se per breve tempo, una persona gentilissima e disponibile. Grazie Marco, chissà un giorno farò di nuovo visita a Bologna, ti verrò a trovare.

Abbiamo pernottato per una operazione alla clinica Villa Laura. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'alloggio è accogliente e la camera molto spaziosa. L'alloggio è davvero comodo per l'ospedale, non ci è mancato nulla, c'è anche il supermercato a fianco e abbiamo potuto cenare in casa.

Siamo stati qui per recarci ad una visita all'ospedale. Tutto molto bene, comodo e pulito. Siamo stati in passato a Bologna sempre per motivi ospedalieri in altri Bed and Breakfast ma non sempre ci siamo trovati bene. Qui la camera invece era molto bella e grande, non ci è mancato nulla. Torneremo senz'altro maria.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una degenza alla clinica Villa Laura. Ringraziamo davvero il gestore per la sua gentilezza e la sua disponibilità. L'alloggio è davvero bello e le camere molto grandi e curate.
