Very kind and professional hosts. Very reactive in case of questions or minor problems. As we are used to living in a very quiet surrounding, we found the closeness of the highway and road a bit of a nuisance. Saying this, once the windows are closed, you can not hear anything. Acoustic isolation is perfect. Moreover, this "disadvantage" can also be an advantage, because everything is close and easily reachable: the sea and the nice and picturesque villages and sites around.

The owners were very helpful and kind. There was a small problem with the drain and they fixed it immediately. The property has been renovated and the room was really nice. A great place to spend a holiday.

Really wonderful place. I stayed there for only one night but we will definitely come back. Very clean, extremely comfortable bed, the host was really kind. The only thing missing is a nice pool.

We spent two days at the villa and felt very comfortable. Despite the heat, in the evening it was possible to enjoy the cool under the porch and sleep well. Strategic location to visit the surrounding areas and go to the sea. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was great with all homemade products. Highly recommended! Beautiful property set in a wonderful garden, very well maintained. The hosts are friendly and attentive, very helpful in providing information about places and restaurants to visit. The little poodle Luna and her ball are adorable. Strategic location for visiting Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and also for spending days at the sea close to equipped and free beaches with an enchanting sea. We will definitely return. The structure is very beautiful, in a convenient location to easily reach the sea and the cultural points of interest in the area. Excellent breakfast with a rich sweet and savory proposal, comfortable room and perfectly clean, with many details that demonstrate the attention of the managers, always available and friendly. Our room was spacious, fresh, and equipped with all the comforts. The large shower was much appreciated. The daily rearrangement and cleaning were impeccable. The structure is clean, the managers are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and with genuine products. The location is perfect both for visiting the inland areas and for reaching the beaches on the coast. Also very good is the oil I purchased. If there was a pool to cool off after a day of visiting the inland areas, I would add extra praise to the 10.

The managers greeted us in a sunny way and show all the commitment to maintain the high quality of the B&B, as well as their availability for guests. The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom and the balcony at our disposal. The breakfast offers a variety of foods capable of satisfying all palates, delicious from the first to the last. The location of the structure is ideal for those who intend to move by car or by bike; despite being located near a busy intersection, once inside the villa, you can only hear the sound of cicadas. It is a place to rest the senses, immersed in olive groves, among rows of cypress trees and maritime pines, for a holiday of pure relaxation.

The farmhouse is really beautiful and well maintained. Silvia hosted us making us feel comfortable. The room is very clean and tidy. The terrace is very nice with a view of olive trees. Breakfast is right with excellent homemade pastries. It is located about 10 minutes from the sea of Cecina and about 30 minutes from Volterra. Silvia was very kind in helping us choose what to do and where to eat. Definitely recommended.

We stayed in the double communicating room, exceptional mattress, also new furniture, very detailed in furniture design. Large and brand-new bathroom. The room also had a covered terrace. Structure with large outdoor spaces, there are 2 gardens with sunbeds and deck chairs. The breakfast is truly exceptional, sweet and savory and drinks of all kinds, hot and cold. A very nice place to stay if you want to go to the sea, without being in the city chaos but at the same time 10 minutes from Marina di Cecina. Excellent location, excellent cleanliness, environment completely surrounded by greenery. Relax. If you don't want to go to the sea, you can enjoy the sun in the garden, which is very large and equipped with sunbeds and shower. The furnishings in the rooms show great attention to detail. Lovely Tuscan farmhouse immersed in nature. Great location, close to the main road connecting Cecina to the surrounding areas. The sea is a 10-minute drive away. Varied breakfast under the portico with homemade sweets and jams, some savory options as well. The room was spacious, equipped with air conditioning, large bathroom with a big shower, and a large terrace with deck chairs, a small table, and a clothesline. Well-maintained and clean agriturismo, all common areas and rooms are impeccably maintained and clean. Family-run, the owners are a delightful young couple ready to provide tourist information. If we return to the area, we will definitely come back to them!

We were guests at Villa Mandrioli for two nights, the first with a smartbox and the second directly with them. Silvia was very kind, smiling, and helpful! I stayed with my parents and I can say that it was very welcoming, a very good sweet and savory breakfast. The rooms very clean and tidied up with precision every day. Everything perfectly functional in the room. I will definitely come back.
