Our holiday home is located in a few metres from local beaches and lido facilities ("Spiaggia di Praia"...) at Favignana art and culture location, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the heart of the city. "Casa Anna" is design with meticulous attention to detail, unique, distinctive style.
Surroundings
Travellers staying with us will be able to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, be amazed by the work of our artisans, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, catch cultural events and exhibitions.
Near our facility you can find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions.
Location
Our residence is the perfect location all families on the move will feel right at home here, for meetings and business needs, for a romantic getaway that makes you feel like a couple again.

our guests receive rooms with different bathroom options (private, en-suite, shared), smoking areas, guests are free to return at any time of night, kitchenette, a light-filled terrace.

This year we decided not to go far from home, choosing the beautiful island of Favignana. Our stay was really nice at the chosen structure, well-kept environment, clean and close to everything, Giuseppe welcomed us warmly showing himself available for any contact for every request. We were very satisfied. We highly recommend both the house and the Island.

House and owners very welcoming and helpful. The house is decorated in a shabby style in an original and characteristic way and is very functional and spotless. There is a small terrace that can be used for dinner in the evening. The house is in the town center, and the squares can be reached on foot, but it is also in a very quiet area. Due to its layout, it is very cool even in areas where there is no air conditioning.

We stayed at Giuseppe's, very nice and well-kept accommodation, impeccable cleanliness, very kind owner. Our flight was in the evening and we could go to the beach even on the last day, because on the property there is an area available to guests where they can leave their luggage with the possibility of picking it up upon return. The house is in a great location, quiet a few minutes from the center.

Beautiful location, we had a great time, we spent a wonderful holiday on the beautiful Island of Favignana, everything matched what was proposed to us at the time of booking, some of the things we really appreciated were not having to share common areas with other guests, having a bathroom, fridge and kettle in the room, the privacy and courtesy of the owners always available. Then the location of the property is truly enviable, close to everything.

L'isola di Favignana è meravigliosa, consiglio l'appartamento di Giuseppe per la sua posizione, situata al centro di Favignana, a pochi passi dalle Piazze e dalla spiaggia anche per la pulizia impeccabile dell'ambiente, possiede tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere un soggiorno in comodità; ringraziamo Giuseppe, che ci ha ritelefonato per salutarci l'altro giorno e che si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli nel corridoio fino a sera e ciò ci è stato di aiuto, perché abbiamo utilizzato anche il pomeriggio per vivere l'Isola. Come dicevo ieri a Giuseppe ci torneremo volentieri:).

Siamo stati molto bene a Favignana una vacanza indimenticabile, la casa è vicino a tutto, la Spiaggetta della Praia, a soli 90 mt i supermercati, a 150 le piazze dove c'è la movida a circa 300 metri Giuseppe poi gentilissimo davvero.

Siamo stati veramente bene! Casa semplice ma molto carina e ben curata e pulita, completa di tutto, ma soprattutto tranquilla, lontano dal caos delle vie dei negozi e ristoranti, piene di turisti, che comunque si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi in quanto sono: a soli 100 metri la spiaggetta favolosa della Praia e il museo del mare e a 250 metri le piazze principali, dove si svolge la Movida. Proprio quello che cercavamo! Inoltre Il proprietario Giuseppe è stato sempre carino, pronto e disponibile. Felici di aver scoperto L'Isola di Favignana e le sue meraviglie in questo modo.
