Very nice studio, well-equipped, well-located: in front of the bus stop, a few minutes walk from the pier and some restaurants. Stunning view from the terrace!

Everything was perfect, the only drawback is an accommodation for 8 people, either 2 tables for 4 people or one for 8 people would be needed to eat outside. The owner is very friendly and the accommodation is very clean. To consider a garden table for 8 and maybe a gazebo in case of light rain. Great stay.

Very nice view of the lake, room with private bathroom and access to private kitchen. Perfect location, ferry on foot so no need for a car, great advice for the fisherman's restaurant! Must do. Charming and pleasant owner. We can make an omelette at 9 PM, great, we spent two nights and visited with the ferry nearby, perfect. We recommend.

The property is in a very nice location with a spectacular view of the lake. The welcome was good and the room very comfortable. Close to the pier to visit the beautiful palaces on the lake. 5 minutes from Bellagio by car.

The structure completely on the lake is very beautiful. The owner is very helpful, a kind person. Public transport passes quite often. The only flaw is that in the evening there are no means to go to Como, let's say, until 8:30 PM. Otherwise, excellent.

Pleasant hostess, clean rooms, very good value for money, only the breakfast is Italian-style. For 5 people, the fifth sleeps separately in a small room. Very nice view of the lake and another plus is there is parking. In short, had a pleasant stay.
