Charming old property, cute rooms under the roof. Unless you are a fan of packed food, you should bring your own breakfast. One table with five chairs for two rooms, no sink, but there is a fridge. Fair for one night stay.

Grazie tante per la recensione. Abbiamo adottato cibo confezionato per motivi igienici e di praticità ed è molto apprezzato dagli ospiti. Le persone fanno colazione separatamente e non si siedono mai tutte insieme allo stesso tavolo. Nei B&B non è previsto l’uso della cucina e tantomeno di un lavandino. Comunque il Certificato di Eccellenza che abbiamo ricevuto ci fa capire che non si piacere a tutti. Cordiali saluti.

Old building with charming furnishings and interesting rooms. The stairs are narrow and steep, and there were a lot of them to get to our third-floor room, a fact that should be mentioned in the description, especially important for older guests. The breakfast consisted of packaged breads, yogurt, some cheese and meat, and bananas and apples. We bought our own food. Fortunately, there is a fridge. The host is very nice and helpful. The two ancient outside dogs are sweeties. It was a nice stay altogether.

The house is wonderful. A fairy-tale place. The garden is huge and the whole house breathes history. Beautiful outdoor spaces. It's a pity they were not used to serve breakfast, such a lovely moment to start the day. The good weather allowed it. The breakfast buffet was placed between two available rooms. We were four and did not have space. The guests in the other room wanted (rightly) to have a slow breakfast. We did not have much time and so we put pressure on them, which we would not have wanted to do. In my opinion breakfast should be served in a completely different place. Otherwise everything was very good.

Beautiful characteristic and well-organized structure. Quiet and relaxing area. I will definitely use it again in the future for medical visits at Hesperia clinic without having to go through city traffic. Thank you Mrs. Cristina for the welcome.

Nice little place in a rustic farmhouse in a very quiet and peaceful location. The rooms in the exposed beam attic are very cute, and if it rains the 'music' is relaxing... Excellent welcome, a pity to stop for only one night and not be able to try the home restaurant as well. Highly recommended 💖.

Gentile Alessandra, grazie per avere soggiornato al nostro B&B ed avere rilasciato la recensione che ci darà spunto per migliorare, tuttavia , per correttezza nei confronti dei nostri futuri ospiti, ci teniamo a specificare in cosa consista la prima colazione: brioche confezionate al cioccolato/ marmellata, dolci confezionati al cioccolato, plum-cake, crostatine, barrette ai cereali. Plum cake fresco, crostata o altro dolce tipico di Modena. Biscotti di diversi tipi anche integrali e vegani. Cereali, marmellate, fette biscottate.yogurt assortiti alla frutta, frutta fresca (mele, banane in questo periodo) Latte , caffè, the e succhi di frutta . Burro, panna per il caffè. Acqua San Benedetto.

My short stay was very pleasant. The enchanting, welcoming, clean, and well-kept place, the owners (mother and daughter) were very kind, helpful, and friendly. I also really enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant of La Corte, which was well taken care of. The property is hidden, but in a green area, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Thank you for the hospitality!

The structure has done its part in making a two-day stay between Maranello and Modena special. The structure is renovated in a way that makes guests feel like they are staying in a castle. The style and the owner's love for art make the refined and stimulating environment with the carefully curated details. Cristina is also very kind and very helpful. Happy to have met La Corte.
