This bnb was everything we could have asked for and more. Easy to get to from the Termini station, in a quiet neighborhood and affordable. The rooftop terrace was adorable and we enjoyed the views of the neighborhood. Breakfast was prepared by the host and it was delicious and healthy. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a patio overlooking the yard. I would 10/10 recommend this bnb, you will not be disappointed!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and nice, and the house was cute. The host was really friendly and kind. However, the only thing that could be mentioned would be the location, but we already knew about this. Unfortunately, we were in Rome during a train strike, so it made traveling a bit more difficult for us. We had to take the bus and tram. However, in the last few days when everything was okay again, it was easy to take the tram to the center. It was not far from the property. This is a great stay for people on a budget, looking for accommodations about 15-20 min outside of the city core.

Definitely one of the best experiences ever. The room and the house are beautiful and fully renovated. We loved the hangout area at the rooftop. The host, Mario, is super kind and very accommodating (my boyfriend is vegan and he prepared special breakfast for him). He also rushed to have our room ready even before the regular check in time. Every time we had questions about Rome, getting around, or any recommendations, Mario would respond right away. The tram is very close to the house and you get to city center in less than 20 minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice B&B in a working neighborhood of Rome. Abbraccia Morfeo is a great place to stay, and Mario is an excellent host. You get to see how people live outside the tourist areas and get to try local restaurants that cater to them, not just tourists. It's about 30 minutes to Roma's Termini by tram or bus, from there, you can get to any attractions in the city easily. Only downside I see here is if you arrive by car, there is limited street parking (it's not safe to leave anything in the car) and the parking lot that is available has limited hours of operation (also, it's closed on Sundays and holidays).

My daughter and I took a trip to Rome in March to celebrate her birthday. We stayed at B&B for one week and it was incredible! It is located outside the city center, but not far from the center. We took public transportation to reach all the most popular sightseeing places. Mario, who is the host/owner of this small paradise, was the most generous, kind, helpful, and attentive to all of our needs. His energy lights up the room. The room itself was very clean, spacious, with the balcony overlooking the garden and mountains in the distance. Breakfast was served every morning, Italian style, compliments to Mario. Full kitchen is available to you at any time of the day, along with a big patio space where you can stargaze, or perhaps enjoy your morning cappuccino. We hope to visit again in the future.

The host, Mario, is fabulous. The accommodations in room C are clean and welcoming. The bed in room C was firm but still comfortable. There is a rooftop terrace for breakfast or relaxing that is wonderful.

The B&B is not located in the strict center of Rome, but thanks to this you can rest in peace and quiet on the beautiful terrace at the end of the crowded day. The accommodation has a very good connection with public transport to the city center (about 30-40 minutes to the Colosseum). There is a good and cheap takeaway pizza place (Pizza Rustica) and a Carrefour shop nearby. We had room B, it was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable, it had a small balcony and, most importantly, air conditioning. The bathroom was quite hot in the morning, but if we had temperature problems we would go to Iceland instead of Italy. Also, each room has its own shelf in the fridge in the kitchen above. Our host, Marco, is a very kind and polite person, always ready to help, according to his possibilities. The B&B Abbraccia Morfeo is absolutely worth a visit if you are looking for nice accommodation at an affordable price.

Best place to stay in Rome!\n\nNice small Bed and Breakfast, close to the center of Rome with a lovely and helpful host, who sends you useful travel information in advance.\n\nThe B&B is located a bit outside the main tourist areas in a "normal" working-class neighborhood, but the nearest tram is just around the corner and takes you to the main locations within 15 minutes (every 10 minutes). There is also a night bus available.\n\nThe room was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated with a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the owners' garden. The breakfast was - compared to the standard Italian B&B breakfast - amazing. Well arranged and with a different homemade surprise every morning.\n\nWe can only recommend this B&B.

The accommodation is beautiful, impeccable, and Mario ensures you are comfortable. Upon arrival, you find everything very organized in a folder that provides necessary information for getting around Rome. The view from the room's balcony overlooks a beautiful garden that brightens your mornings. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The kitchen you have access to is very well-equipped and the coffee...spectacular. Note that the rooms are on the second floor, only stairs, and although it's not located in the city center, you can get around by bus or train, the stations are 5 minutes away. I would book this space again without hesitation, I recommend it 100%.

Grazie Roberto, purtroppo sulla posizione non possiamo intervenire in nessun modo, ma restiamo dell'idea che la valutazione debba essere fatta in base alle descrizione della scheda dell'attività, in nessun posto diciamo di essere difronte al Colosseo, ci troviamo in un quartiere adiacente al centro 15 minuti di tram, o 10 di metro, ed i nostri prezzi sono adeguati a questa posizione. Sull'invasione di immigrati c'è poco da dire noi del quartiere ne siamo fieri siamo l'esempio dell'integrazione civile, che non causa problemi, sono persone che lavorano e fanno la loro vita. Che Roma abbia dei problemi cronici legati al servizio di nettezza urbana e pulizia è cosa nota, lei poi è capitato proprio durante lo sciopero e questo ha aggravato la situazione me ne scuso. La ringrazio che abbia apprezzato la struttura e la pulizia questo ci riempie di orgoglio. Un saluto e buona vita.

Quiet, relaxing structure, with the room overlooking an internal garden. The terrace where breakfast is served is the icing on the cake. Mario is an extremely kind person, helpful beyond expectations, truly a welcoming place. It will certainly be the place we will go to every time we return to Rome.

Better than this I couldn't find. Beautiful, a terrace to spend hours on, abundant and varied breakfast, comfortable bed and excellent services, from the TV to the WiFi connection. Mario, the manager, is a helpful person attentive to guests' needs. The price is really low for being in Rome. The only thing on which I gave a rating of 10, but it's always subjective, is the location. I had to be in the vineyard area and I was there in 5 minutes. Obviously, the location, although well served by public transport, remains subjective to the customer.

Pleasantly surprised. Prefacing that I travel for work quite often, I have always looked for Bed and Breakfasts in the area that had a low price and consequently I never considered Abbraccia Morfeo which has slightly higher prices than the nearby Bed and Breakfasts. This time, due to date issues, I found myself booking it and I understood everything. The higher price is highly justified by everything that revolves around the Bed and Breakfast, from the friendly and always available owner, to the spacious, clean rooms with a breathtaking balcony view. Indeed, even though it is located in a busy area, the balcony overlooks the garden of the house, an oasis of peace, greenery, bird chirping that makes you lose the sense of space and time. The icing on the cake is the terrace, a piece of paradise, with sun loungers, lounges and a view of the rooftops of Tor Pignattara. My only flaw, absolutely mine, is not having discovered it earlier. I will be back very soon. Long live the peace and serenity of Abbraccia Morfeo.

Excellent welcome from Mario, very informal that puts you at ease right away. Very clean room with a balcony overlooking the garden, very quiet. Mario, who lives downstairs but in reality there are 2 separate apartments, explained the house management and how to move around to get to the center, the B&B is about 15 minutes by tram from Termini station. Breakfast more than ample and of excellent quality, Mario explained that from March it will be on the terrace overlooking the neighborhood. My judgment is positive, a B&B more than comfortable, tastefully furnished, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, at a great price.
