First impression not very positive because the structure is located behind a gas station with a car wash but then I discovered that it was well isolated and secluded. Owner very kind and helpful for a three-day stay to visit Viterbo and surroundings is very good.

Structure with essential and clean rooms placed in a pleasant context. Breakfast, although not provided, is easily available a short walk away at an adjacent bar.

We had a great time, kind and helpful manager, clean and very nice room, only downside is the distance from the center. If I may suggest, the curtains filter too much light, they should be heavier since there is no shutter, and in the wardrobe the pole for hanging clothes is too high, I would put it lower maybe placing a shelf above to put the blankets. It's very uncomfortable even though there is the pole.

Delightful place, immersed in the tranquility of Tuscia but very convenient for services. The whole structure, as it was designed and built, is extremely welcoming, clean, and with all the necessary services. Last but not least, and not bad, it is really economically convenient. It can be a passing structure, but also for a longer stay, as the center of Viterbo is a 10-minute drive away. And you can easily visit the upper Tuscia. Also, the reception by the manager was optimal: punctual, kind, available to explain all the services and to advise on logistics. I'm sorry I could only stay one night, but it is a structure that I highly recommend to all those who need to stay in the area. Thanks to the manager for everything.

Great welcome! I am disabled and walk with crutches, I would have preferred a larger shower box and maybe a window or skylight.

Very nice location, small and cozy room, manager available (for those 10 minutes of presence because, being a guest house, they are not on site), breakfast not included but the bar there (although expensive: 2 cappuccinos, 1 croissant, 2 slices of tart, 8 euros) was very nice and spacious.
