Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 50.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €35.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

- Dogs of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces

Laura was a Great Host. Even though we arrived around midnight, she welcomed us personally at the apartment and showed us around. She also had some great restaurant recommendations for us. The apartment is very centrally located, close to a metro station and only two metro stops from termini. The Spanish steps and Trevi fountain are within 5minutes walking distance. The apartment ist very well equipped, with a great kitchen and Nespresso machine, perfect to have breakfast at home. Laura also provided the basics like coffee capsules, Marmelade etc.

Excellent location in a quiet central area of Rome. There is no need to use public transport as all the main attractions are within walking distance. Very clean apartment with everything you need for 4 people. The host is more than helpful. Whatever we asked for, Laura always responded. You can totally rely on her. Great experience, I would gladly recommend it and would return gladly. If you sleep in the kitchen on the sofa bed, you can hear some noises.

Struttura in posizione perfetta per raggiungere facente ogni attrazione. Ben attrezzata e ben arredata, ha ogni confort. Perfetta per il nostro soggiorno e affascinate il palazzetto dove si trova, dei primi del 700.
