We had a very good time at Franco's B&B. He gave us a warm welcome and took care we had everything we needed. Next we come back, we would prefer a room upstairs, but considering our last-minute-booking, all was good.

Tres bon B&B - tres bon accueil de Franco et sa famille. Ils sont charmants. Le petit dejeuner dans le jardin est tres agreable. le B&B est en plein centre, et cala gonone est une petite station balneaire calme et pleine de charme. Je recommande ce B&B.

The owners and cleaning staff are very friendly and attentive to customer requests. The B&B's location is very convenient for accessing the sea and reaching various restaurants in the area. Continental buffet breakfast, both sweet and savory. Excellent coffee.

The B&B Ichnos is convenient for visiting the Gulf of Orosei. The room is simple but cozy, equipped with air conditioning and a balcony with a very useful drying rack. We also appreciated the medium-sized fridge, with space for the freezer. Although there is no reserved parking, you can find parking on the street or in the surrounding areas with a bit of luck. The manager is very friendly and takes care of serving breakfast in the morning. The homemade cakes are delicious.

July 2022. In the room there is no bidet so every time you go to the bathroom then you have to clean yourself in the shower. There are no mosquito nets on the windows so either you die of heat or you get eaten by mosquitoes or you sleep with the air conditioning. A very slight sewer smell came from the sink, it can happen but if there are works to be done on the drainage they should be done! We stayed for 3 days and the room, including the bathroom, were never cleaned and the towels were not replaced. The breakfast is acceptable but can be improved. The manager is not very helpful to the customers' needs.

C'è scritto molto bene sia sul sito che nelle regole all'interno della camera che il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani si fa ogni tre notti, ogni giorno però entriamo in camera per rifare il letto e mettere a posto la stanza. Se uno ha altre esigenze può comunicarcelo subito e non scriverlo dopo quattro mesi. Poi ha sottolineato la mia poca collaborazione alle richieste dei clienti, e in cosa non vi sarei venuto incontro? Con l'aria condizionata forse? Che non riuscivate ad accenderla?? Per quanto riguarda le zanzare é presente in camera il fornellino, siete gli unici in tutta l'estate che non lo avete visto e non lo avete utilizzato? Oppure potevate chiudere le finestre e mettere il condizionatore a deumidificare, come facevano tutti gli altri clienti. La colazione poi, tutti ci fanno i complimenti per le cose che offriamo, dalle torte fatte da mia moglie ai croissant caldi appena sfornati. Solo voi non avete apprezzato questo, che avevate da ridire anche per la lunghezza del caffè... Se volevate un servizio da 5 stelle avete proprio sbagliato struttura, il nostro è un onesto bed and breakfast a conduzione familiare. Saluti...

Great structure, clean a stone's throw from the pier to embark on the mini-cruises departing from Cala Gonone. Super breakfast with homemade cakes and much more. Beautiful and spacious room. Very kind owner, I forgot the charger in the room and he sent it back to me the day after we left. In conclusion, I have been to many places and tried different B&Bs, and it is not so easy to find one that provides a service almost comparable to that of a hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a great time at this B&B Ichnos. The host is welcoming and helpful, the location is central but in a quiet street, just a short walk from Cala Gonone beach. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean. Excellent value for money.

Spacious and comfortable room with private bathroom, separate entrance with a foyer equipped with a fridge freezer, a sofa, and a table with 4 chairs, balcony in the room and a table and chairs on the balcony at the entrance. The breakfast was very good, the owner Franco is a friendly, helpful, and at the same time reserved person. Recommendable. In my evaluation, I did not give a 10 because it might seem like a fake review. I thank Mr. Franco again.

Ottima posizione in riva al mare, pieno di ristoranti ed a 2 passi dal porto per effettuare una minicrociera in gommone nel golfo di Orosei. B&B Adatto a tutti e dotato di ogni comfort. Franco il proprietario sempre gentilissimo e cordiale. Voto 10.

Siamo stati benissimo! Stanza grande con comfort da hotel. Ingresso indipendente che consente di gestire ingressi e uscite in autonoma e discrezione. Colazione buona e varia con torte fatte in casa. Titolare gentilissimo e accogliente. Torneremo e lo consiglieremo.

Io e mia moglie, abbiamo passato 9 notti in questa struttura, e dobbiamo dire di aver avuto una buonissima impressione. La piccola struttura si trova a pochi passi dal mare e dalla via principale, la camera con annesso bagno è carina e dotata di condizionatore, poi c'è una bella stanza in comune dotata di frigorifero, la struttura per la colazione è all'esterno in un localino carino, ed è ben fornita con buoni dolci fatti in casa. Molto gentile e disponibile il titolare Franco. Buonissima la qualità prezzo considerando il periodo 4-13 agosto. B&b quindi da consigliare vivamente per un soggiorno a Cala Gonone.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. I proprietari sono stati davvero super: colazione ad hoc (siamo intolleranti al latte e derivati) estremamente gentili e disponibili. B&B a qualche mt dal lungo mare, comodissimo a tutto.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo B&B. La posizione è ottima in pieno centro a Cala Gonone e a due passi dalla passeggiata del lungomare. Inoltre è vicino al supermercato, massimo 5 minuti a piedi. I proprietari, il signor Franco e sua moglie, sono molto gentili e disponibili. La colazione è discreta, sia dolce che salata. Unica pecca è la mancanza del Pos per i pagamenti con bancomat e carta di credito. Insomma una buonissima struttura per soggiornare.

Ottima struttura in centro di Cala Gonone, a due passi dal lungo mare e da tutti i servizi. Molto buona l'ospitalità e la colazione servita in giardino compresa sia di dolce che di salato. Camera molto capiente, così pure il bagno completo di tutto il necessario. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, veramente da consigliare.

B&B piccolo e accogliente, carino il giardinetto dove poter stare la sera e fare colazione al mattino, ottima la posizione a due passi dal lungomare, proprietario gentile e molto disponibile e chiaro al momento della prenotazione (ha dato una descrizione molto accurata della struttura e dei servizi offerti), simpatico l'omaggio ricevuto a fine soggiorno.

Camera pulitissima (come pure il bagno), unica pecca, leggermente piccola, ma comunque super vivibile, tra l'altro molto carina. La struttura è vicinissima (30 metri) alla spiaggia, alla via principale e ai ristoranti, comodissima, il prezzo tra i più bassi e i gestori gentili e professionali. P.S. non sono loro parente, sono solo soddisfatto.

Cordialità e rispetto della riservatezza, ambiente sereno, autentico e sincero. Buoni consigli su dove recarsi nei dintorni che si sono confermati nella loro qualità e bellezza incontrata. Posizione strategica rispetto al Golfo di Orosei che consente di raggiungere tutte le località peraltro beneficiando della visioni di splendidi panorami. B&B in posizione ottimale, a pochi metri dal lungomare e dal centro. Camere pulite e spaziose, bagni molto belli. Parcheggio accanto all'ingresso, giardino/veranda intorno alle camere. Ottimo.
