IMPORTANT COVID-19
Cancellations due to any government restrictions (e.g. limitations to travel that prevent reaching the apartment, etc.) are penalty-free provided that the cancellations occur within 48 hours from entry into force of the restrictions themselves. Until the health emergency continues, check-in time could be postponed to 5pm in order to have the time necessary to sanitize the apartment between one guest and another.

"La Casa delle Viti", a typical house built in 1903, overlooks one of the characteristic Ligurian alleys of the historic centre, in the pedestrian area and just a few steps from the sea (Baia delle Favole 250 meters - Baia del Silenzio / Portobello 300 meters). Nearby boutiques, restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets. It is the ideal solution for families with small children, couples and groups of friends.

The apartment
Spacious and comfortable 55 sqm open space on the ground floor, divided into living and sleeping areas, fully furnished and equipped.

- 4 beds (king bed + single sofa bed + single extra bed)
- Kitchenette equipped with fridge and electric oven
- Table with chairs, large wardrobes, small bookcase, TV and DVD player
- Bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer
- WIFI internet connection
- Washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner

- Double exposure, one of which on the pedestrian street
- French windows on the street equipped with removable darkening wooden panels and shatterproof sandblasted glass.

Note
- Cleaning of the apartment during your stay is not included; linen is changed every 7 days (on the agreed day our staff will collect the dirty linen and leave the clean one)
- Given the location of "La Casa delle Viti" a short walk from the train station, a car is not essential. For those driving to Sestri Levante, it is possible to reach up to 10 metres from the entrance for easy unloading of luggage; free street parking spaces are available nearby
- The apartment is not suitable for those looking for a quiet solution, as the pedestrian area is a busy area
- Check-in time must be agreed at least 24 hours before arrival; in case of delay, a supplement of € 20 will be required; each guest must have a valid identity document with them (children included)
- In case of key loss, € 50 will be charged

Apartment very well located, quiet in the center of the village. Spacious but dark and a bit old-fashioned.

The city centre with its pedestrian area is quiet until mid June; then when school holidays start the area is silent during the day and very busy in the evening. The building dates back to 1903. "La Casa delle Viti" has two windows on one side and two big door windows on the other side, with shutters that can be open. If you pass by Sestri Levante again, I would love to host you once more. For 6 years every summer (and some winters) we have been staying at La Casa delle Viti. The central location is very convenient (in a pedestrian area), the proximity to the sea (3 minutes), the clean and welcoming environment, the super friendly staff: a guarantee in short. Also, the owner is very helpful. As already mentioned, the only inconvenience could be the poor sound insulation but after a day at the beach, we are so tired that we would sleep even with an orchestra at home. Highly recommended.

Strategic location at the beginning of the pedestrian area of the center, small ground floor apartment, very clean, equipped with all the necessary accessories (even a hairdryer!), very kind managers. The only downside is that being on the ground floor with two large windows overlooking the street, it is particularly exposed from an acoustic point of view, but it is really in a very convenient position, just a stone's throw from the sea.

Everything perfect, welcoming and well-distributed environment. I rated six for the location, because being on the ground floor, with old fixtures and located on the street leading to the center in a pedestrian area, you can hear all the voices of the people passing by, even if they speak normally. However, it is also specified on the website.

"La Casa delle Viti" in Sestri Levante is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday or a romantic weekend in one of the most fascinating resort of the Gulf of Tigullio in Liguria. Thanks to its location in the historical centre of the town, coming out of our apartment you will immediately walk in the characteristic alleys (“carruggi”), narrow streets lined with typical Ligurian houses, where there are elegant boutiques, pubs, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The sea is just 3 minutes’ walk; through the “carruggi” you can easily reach the beautiful “Baia del Silenzio” (known as well as “Portobello") and its unforgettable views, and the “Baia delle Favole” and its promenade overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches of the Eastern Riviera in Liguria.
