Our property is the ideal location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, for work and business trips, for a romantic getaway that makes you feel like a couple again, if you're looking for peace and quiet, close to nature, away from the noise and bustle of the city.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 13 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Excellent clean structure and very abundant breakfast. The owner is always present and very helpful. Too bad for the restaurant that was under maintenance, but it will be active within a month. We will definitely come back.

Bel casale a circa un km di distanza da Norcia, ottima base per escursioni in bici. Camere molto ampie e atmosfera rilassante. Deliziose le torte preparate dai gestori presentate a colazione. Ottimo anche il ristorante adiacente.

In realtà si tratta di mini appartamenti: due stanza (grandi, il living ha divano, poltrona, tv, tavolo da pranzo, etc) attrezzati con cucina, forno frigo (persino il microonde) e dotati di tutto il necessario (dalla caffettiera alle stoviglie, pentole ecc..), con aria condizionata in ogni stanza ed ingressi autonomi. Questi danno su un grande prato estremamente curato con amaca, poltrone pergolato ecc. che affaccia sui colli tipici della campagna toscana. Questo, e la posizioni, vicino Pienza, ma in una zona raggiungibile con una breve sterrata, quindi molto tranquilla, lo rendono per me uno dei migliori agriturismi che abbia mai frequentato ad un prezzo identico, o inferiore, agli altri (85€ per notte).
