A great place to stay. The only thing that wasn't working was wi-fi. That was a huge problem because I stayed in this B&B for work. I need wi-fi for my work. But all together, it is a very clean, nice property. The host was very kind. Certainly a place to go back to. Maybe not for work, but for a vacation it is just perfect.

Superior B&B, right at the port of Genova 5mins walking distance from the Acquarium. Had a tremendous good time there with my family.

Nous avons été plusieurs fois dérangés en pleine journée. nous n'avons reçu aucun reçu concernant le paiement de l'appartement. Cependant le petit déjeuner était très copieux, les lieux propres et très bien situés.

Très belle surprise en arrivant dans l'établissement et la chambre. C'est très propre, très bien équipé. C'est grand, décoré avec goût en s’appuyant sur des matériaux anciens. Le plus difficile est l'image de l'arrivée dans ce quartier antique de Gènes qui servait d'entrepôt. Les rues y sont étroites, très étroites, rendant les manœuvres délicates lorsque des échafaudages habitent les lieux -ce qui est courant en Italie-. Le véhicule était en sécurité dans un garage. Le B&B est bien situé. Nous sommes restés trois jours et avons visité le centre ville à pieds. La fin de semaine sur le port était animée et très fréquentée par une population bon enfant.

Siamo stati benissimo, accoglienza del Signor Ulrich molto cordiale. Stanza arancione curata e piacevole, in due adulti e due bambini abbiamo molto apprezzato. Colazione abbondante. Posizione perfetta per le visite all'acquario e alla città dei bambini. Ci torneremo.

Très bon accueil (on est venus nous chercher en vélo pour nous guider vers le parking), situation parfaite en face du Porto Antico à Gênes (attention, l'adresse n'est pas exacte dans les documents, il s'agit de l'adresse du siège et pas de l'appartement. C'est très proche, mais le GPS fait se perdre dans les petites rues alors que ce n'est pas la peine), la personne qui nous a reçus parle français, les lits sont bons, la salle de bain impeccable, un peu de bruit de circulation (mais on est en ville). Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré (à base de biscuits industriels) mais c'est déjà très bien, café, thé, jus de fruit. En résumé, très bien, à conseiller.

My son had to get the boating license in the old port of Genoa and the structure is perfect in terms of location. The owner is very kind. I will book again. Great also for visiting the Genoa Aquarium.

Excellent experience in this B&B in a very quiet area of the port of Genoa, a stone's throw from the Aquarium. The staff is very helpful and the room was very cozy, with a generous breakfast and everything you need to cook or prepare something. Great solution for spending 2/3 nights in Genoa.

We stayed in a spacious and clean apartment. The breakfast was very abundant. It is located in front of the aquarium, therefore in the old port area. Very convenient also to reach the Galata museum. The manager helped us with parking, because during the week of August, the one at the old port was full. Walking you can easily reach the city center.

Excellent location for those who want to visit Genoa with children. Close to the Aquarium (50 m) and other attractions of the port and the pier. Excellent management for hospitality, availability, cleanliness, and flexibility. Breakfast is also very good. Highly satisfied!

Tutto bene tranne che non funzionava la tv. Inoltre all’arrivo ambienti molto freddi nel senso di temperature. Credo sia meglio, specie in climi invernali, preriscaldare gli ambienti prima dell’arrivo del cliente. Per il resto molto tranquillo ed accogliente.

Sono tornato con mia moglie nello stesso B&B in cui avevamo soggiornato con i nipotini a inizi del mese (dal 2 al 7), in un alloggio diverso. In entrambi i casi: collocazione eccellente a due passi dal Porto Antico (Acquario, ecc.); arredamento moderno, funzionale, elegante e discreto; accoglienza assolutamente professionale, puntualità e attenta cortesia; pulizia giornaliera, colazione abbondante con rifornimento quotidiano di prodotti freschi. Nel primo soggiorno: loft di 52 mq negli ex-Magazzini del Sale (medioevale) altamente suggestivo.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti al B&B dell'acquario e possiamo dire che l'esperienza è stata eccellente. l'accoglienza da parte dei proprietari è stata ottima, ci hanno consegnato le chiavi e dato alcune utili informazioni. La camera era molto carina, arredata con gusto e con mobili moderni ed un letto confortevole. Era a disposizione tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi la colazione in camera in maniera autonoma, ed ogni giorno il personale veniva a rimpiazzare quanto utilizzato e pulire tazze ed altro, riordinando anche la stanza e facendoci addirittura trovare il letto rifatto. La posizione è comodissima, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro città e al porto vecchio. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque.

Ottima struttura, gestori simpatici e cordiali. La stanza era pulitissima e così il bagno. Comodo per arrivare all'acquario. La strada di accesso è un po' stretta ma assolutamente fattibile (noi abbiamo una Renault Grand Espace e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema). Consigliatissima anche e soprattutto per chi ha bambini.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Monolocale spazioso e funzionale. Molto comodo il posto auto. Vicinissimo al porto antico. Ulrich molto gentile, è venuto ad aspettarci al posteggio, ci ha accompagnato e dato varie indicazioni. Unica pecca, il monolocale al piano terra un po' buio e chiuso, ma il proprietario ci aveva correttamente avvisato. Questo problema non c'è per i locali al piano superiore. Lo consiglierei.

Abbiamo soggiornato in otto persone in un appartamento vicinissimo all'acquario. L'appartamento veramente carino a due piani ottimo per famiglie, ben arredato. Anche se è vicinissimo all'acquario la zona del porto antico è apparentemente poco raccomandabile.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, con moglie e due bambini piccoli. Non si ha necessità di usare l'auto, si trova tutto vicino dal mare all'acquario ai ristoranti e trattorie, comodissimo in tutto e per chi ha bambini piccoli un bel parco giochi a due minuti a piedi e colazione ricchissima, mi hanno fatto trovare anche i brik di succo e yogurt per i bimbi. Ringrazio per l'ospitalità e l'accoglienza. Solo un accorgimento: avendo un bambino, che ha voluto dormire con noi, disporre di un divano letto matrimoniale anche nella stanza al piano superiore. Camera azzurra bellissima, posizione incantevole immersa nei vicoli, perfetta per visitare a piedi Acquario e città. Fantastico il parcheggio in garage vicinissimo al B&B. Cordialissimi nell'accoglienza e velocissimo il check-in. Nessuna fretta nel lasciare la camera e il garage fino all'ora di pranzo del giorno della partenza.

Siamo stati ospitati in una dependance in Piazza Caricamento. Accoglienza premurosa. Appartamentino accogliente e delizioso, fornito di ogni cosa (microonde, fornello a induzione etc.) tutto nuovo e ben tenuto. Letti ottimi. Colazione super, con frigo e fruttiera forniti al meglio. Due nonni e due nipotini completamente felici. Cosa dire di più?

Personale molto cortese è disponibile. Posizione perfetta. Possibilità di parcheggio privato comodissimo. Camere pulite e molto funzionali e belle. Anche il nostro bimbo di due anni è' stato benissimo. Ottimo punto per visitare acquario e città dei bambini. Straconsigliato. Torneremo.

Ho affittato l'appartamento con vista acquario, comodo camere ampie tutte le camere con finestra e tende oscuranti, sala da pranzo completa di tutti gli accessori soggiorno breve ma confortevole, giardini pubblici e zona pedonale davanti casa. Il personale che ci ha ricevuto molto cordiale e disponibile, il proprietario gentilissimo e cordiale. Grazie da tutti.

Camera molto pulita, bella ed accogliente (del colore preferito di mio figlio) inserita in un palazzo del '500 ottimamente ristrutturato e con un ottimo servizio di sicurezza per l'accesso. Molto gentili e disponili i gestori, dalle indicazioni fornite per raggiungere il B&B all'attenzione nei nostri confronti ai consigli culinari/zone da visitare. Unico "neo" se così si può definire, avendo io un sonno leggero la non presenza dei battenti ma solo delle persiane oscuranti non mi ha permesso di dormire al meglio, ma mio marito e mio figlio però hanno fatto delle sonore dormite. Eccellente la posizione, abbiamo lasciato l'auto parcheggiata e abbiamo raggiunto a piedi tutte le zone di nostro interesse.

Ubicato in una posizione ottimale per chi vuole esplorare il centro storico a piedi. La camera è molto grande con un letto comodissimo e un bagno spazioso. I gestori sono persone veramente affabili e accoglienti. Da oggi è il mio riferimento per i futuri soggiorni a Genova.

Siamo stati accolti (marito, moglie e due figlie di 15 e 8 anni) dal gestore sulla strada come si fa con un familiare. Dopo una breve presentazione della struttura siamo stati accompagnati in stanza dove il signor Bariletti ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per poter visitare la città. Camera Arancio per 4, confortevole e accogliente molto particolare nei dettagli. La piccolina Sara è rimasta molto contenta per l'accoglienza soprattutto quando il signor Bariletti le ha regalato un orsetto di peluche che lei, ancora oggi, porta a dormire con se con grande affetto. Colazione più che abbondante e di buon livello. Prima della partenza ci è stato consentito ritirare i bagagli alla sera dandoci modo di continuare la visita con tutta tranquillità. Tutti noi ringraziamo vivamente il signor Bariletti per l'accoglienza e la cortesia. Ignazio Meloni

Posto molto carino, vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni di Genova (Acquario, città dei ragazzi, ecc). Situato in un vicolo tranquillo. Il gestore una persona veramente gentile e disponibile. La nostra stanza era perfetta per noi 5 (2 adulti e 3 bambini) c'erano libri e giochi. Buona la colazione. Per chi vuole visitare il centro di Genova e i dintorni del porto a piedi lo consiglio vivamente. Petra.

Posto veramente bello, vicino alle attrazioni principali, come l'Acquario, Bigo, ecc, ma allo stesso tempo distaccato. La stanza per 2 persone è spaziosa e ben organizzata, in poche parole è una specie di monolocale. La proprietaria gentilissima, ogni giorno ci veniva rifornito il tavolo per la colazione in modo che potevamo anche mangiare un biscotto o una brioches in piena notte. Anche la signora delle pulizie è molto gentile ed educata. Veramente buono il prezzo per il servizio e il resto.
