La signora al telefono non specifica che la colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo! Si giustifica dicendo che, dato il prezzo di 50€, la colazione non viene fornita...mah! Inoltre, l'acqua calda non c'è mai. Il condizionatore non ha il telecomando, quindi non si può accendere. Ciò che è davvero fastidioso è che controlla ogni volta che esci. Chiede il denaro non appena entri dal portone, non ti fa nemmeno entrare in camera. Insomma, è una situazione molto strana.

Buona sera Sig.ra Pandoli, premesso che Lei ha soggiornato da noi dal 22 al 25 Febbraio 2023 e non il 19 dicembre 2022, mi trovo a ricordarLe che Lei, circa mezz'ora dopo essere arrivata, si è allontanata dalla struttura lasciando il rubinetto del lavabo del bagno aperto. Pertanto sentendo scorrere l'acqua in continuazione sono entrata per chiuderlo. Inoltre, Le faccio presente che noi siamo aperti da più di dieci anni e senza acqua calda sarebbe stato difficile! Inoltre Le ricordo che nel periodo invernale il riscaldamento è garantito dai termosifoni che vengono utilizzati secondo la normativa vigente. Le confermo altresì che è nostra cura controllare ogni giorno lo stato della camera e naturalmente lo facciamo quando gli ospiti escono. Inoltre Le rammento anche che la tariffa concordata non prevedeva la prima colazione. Infine Le confermo che il pagamento del soggiorno viene fatto al momento dell'ingresso per essere più liberi al momento del check out.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast, comfortable place. Rest well despite being in the center, very few noises can be heard. Clean, very kind and always available staff. Perfect stay.

I stayed at Roma Tiburtina Station for 2 nights for work and I really enjoyed it. Maximum cleanliness, maximum seriousness, friendliness and availability of Mrs. Alessia, the apartment owner. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

If you have to catch a flight the next day, as happened to me, it's the perfect place. Four bus stops away from Tiburtina Station, on a slightly hidden street away from the heavy traffic, all new and very clean, magnificent hospitality, more than fair price. Worth coming back.
