A charming and quiet place, where time stands still and the hustle and bustle of the city seems just a distant memory. The gaze is lost among the green landscapes of the hills, which can be admired from everywhere, even from the beautiful rooms of the apartments, simple, but furnished with care in a very pleasant rustic style. Clean, spacious, and functional environments, equipped with a refrigerator and a kitchenette. The swimming pool is the icing on the cake, bring with you a swimsuit and a good book to rejuvenate physically and spiritually. Animals are allowed, we brought our little Labrador puppy who among us had the most fun. The hosts are hospitable and available, they did not make us miss anything throughout our stay. Absolutely recommended.

What can I say! Magical place, exquisite people, absolutely worth experiencing even for just a few days as we did. The location is dreamlike, the view is postcard-worthy. In short, you cannot ask for anything better. Once you are there, you wouldn't want to leave, it is a must-try. We will return, in fact, to be precise, we have already booked a week for Christmas. Strategic point for visiting art cities and villages. What can I say... Thank you Simona and Federico, ten stars are few.

Very beautiful place, precise and helpful managers. The only improvement note for next year is to equip the apartments with air conditioning, especially those with rooms on the first floor. For the rest, a very beautiful structure suitable for families and groups of friends, with large common spaces. A place I would return to, perhaps in a slightly cooler season.

The short stay was very pleasant, rustic yet cozy structure, Excellent value for money. If I may give a suggestion, I would add a microwave or a small oven to heat up a ready meal. Highly recommended B&B.

What can I say, the place is spectacular. From the entrance with a long avenue lined with cypress trees, to the structure, it is immersed in greenery, far from everything. It offers full relaxation with maximum attention to the customer. Recommended.

The structure is located in a beautiful place, surrounded by nature, with well-kept greenery all around, peace and tranquility are in the air. The apartments are spacious and clean, and the owner has been very kind and helpful. It was a really pleasant stay! The only note is that the bathroom of the Le Zinie apartment is a bit strange in its structure and not very comfortable, but for 1 night it didn't cause us any inconvenience.

4 days of vacation between Umbria and Tuscany and I must say that this bed and breakfast is exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful group of renovated farmhouses in style, spacious, clean and comfortable apartments. Wonderful swimming pool area and large children's play area. We spent wonderful days in this small "hamlet" surrounded by nature, near Lake Trasimeno, but also close to the Val d'Orcia in Tuscany. The farmhouse is managed perfectly, clean and tidy, located on a small hill and the cypress road is stunning. We were a small group of families with children/grandchildren, it is a perfect structure for families, but also for young couples. The relaxation, the silence, and above all the special welcome make this place a perfect place to unwind from the daily routine. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we will definitely come back to enjoy the beautiful pool and playground.
