Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

La struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta per tutto; si tratta di un appartamento accogliente e riservato nella zona studentesca di Bologna, in una piccola corte nei pressi di via Righi, via Oberdan e non lontano da via dell'Indipendenza. Pulitissimo, ordinato e dotato di comfort superiori all'attesa, gestito da persone super professionali e disponibilissime che hanno accolto ogni ns richiesta sempre con gentilezza e tranquillità. Ci ha permesso di riposare in tranquillità e soggiornare come avremmo voluto, con trattorie, osterie ottime vicinissime al B&B (Va Mò Là, Osteria delle Moline) e anche pizzerie a basso prezzo e buona qualità. Complimenti per tutto, non ultimo la convenzione per la colazione alla Pasticceria Impero: strepitosa! Torneremo volentieri da voi. Buona giornata.
