Excellent stay. The apartment was very clean, beautiful and cozy. The breakfast was plentiful. The city centre is easily reachable on foot, there is public transport with a stop beneath the house and many activities in the immediate vicinity. Private parking. Accommodation close to both the city center and the hospital area. The apartment is very spacious, clean and quiet. The use of the kitchen and the breakfast arrangement make the stay completely flexible. The owner is very helpful and pleasant. A guest card for transport in Trento is also provided. This is a place I will keep as a reference for my future stays in Trento.

Buongiorno Roberta, Sono dispiaciuta e mortificata se i prodotti per la colazione o per un breve brek fuori orario che ho messo nel frigo (latte, marmellate, nutella, panna per il caffè in porzioni singole) e quelli messi sul tavolo/ripiano dei Vs. appartamentini (biscotti e Briosco di diversi tipi - e di marchi conosciuti - cornflekes nel contenitore stagno di vetro, acqua minerale e succhi di frutta, parecchie cialde Lavazza per i caffè/cappuccini e te') non sono stati di suo gradimento. Non conosco i gusti dei miei " nuovi " Ospiti e di solito abbondo in quantità... Peccato non abbia trovati ciò che desiderava ma perché non mi ha chiamata ? Avrei provveduto subito pro curarle quanto le serviva: qui attorno al ns. B&B ci sono ben 3 supermercati ! Mi scuso per la mancanza del burro; da parecchio non lo fornisco perché molti miei Ospiti non lo vogliono ed io non lo posso proprio mangiare... . Avrà capito che negli appartamentini metto a disposizione tutto ciò che piace a me... . The structure is in a strategic position to reach the center, both by public transport and on foot. It was equipped with all comforts, towels, and shower products available. Delightful apartment, with all the comforts. You could not hope for better. I slept very well on a super mattress in the warmth. Perfect welcome from Gabriella when she handed me the keys. It is not in the center, but it is well served by a regular bus that takes you close to the Duomo in 10 minutes. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional! Quiet location but close to the center and in front of the public transport stop. Warm, welcoming, clean, elegant and tastefully furnished structure. Extremely spacious and bright room and complete services with everything and more. Common space for breakfast spacious and equipped with an infinite range of products for breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay, we felt pampered even when the manager was not present in the structure. Gabriella was outstanding towards us, always available, always smiling and full of advice on what to do during our stay, it's really nice to find managers like her, who carry out their activity with so much passion and enthusiasm. I highly recommend it, if I had to pass through Trento again, I would already know where to go!

We have been guests at various B&Bs but we have never had such a warm welcome! Mrs. Gabriella is a wonderful person, attentive to all needs, of a kindness beyond common understanding. She reiterated several times to behave as if we were at home; actually it was not possible because the little apartment where she hosted us was nicer and more equipped than our home! I highly recommend it to those who need to stay in Trento, a very pretty city, for work or tourism. Gabriella helped make our mood serene and carefree, even though our short stay in Trento was not due to tourism. The breakfast room is wonderful and super equipped. The decor is very nice and functional. Cleaning and facilities of the highest level. Thank you so much!

Shame that the Dalia room, although spacious and very nice, does not have a TV or air conditioning which would have helped in this unusually hot week. Recommended structure for cleanliness and proximity to the center in a very quiet area!

We had a super-equipped kitchen with every accessory for breakfast and every drink - very delicious croissants and biscuits - in addition to the internal parking within the structure. Gabriella is a very kind and helpful person, always ready to give precious advice during the stay. A B&B so well organized, illuminated and enriched with taste details we had never seen, worthy of a high-standing hotel. Impossible to find a fault: brand new, very clean and super organized apartment, safe and convenient parking, in 10/15 minutes you can reach on foot the major attractions of the city of Trento, in a few minutes you can take the main roads to visit all the beauties of Trentino. My stay at B&B Residenza Iris was extremely pleasant. Gabriella welcomed us with great warmth and provided us with a room equipped with all the comforts: private bathroom, very comfortable mattress and pillows, towels at will, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi, and much more. Many small touches surprised us and made us feel pampered: for example, the bathroom was equipped with various types of shower gel, shampoo, soap and there were even hair gel, toothbrush, body creams. There is really nothing missing. The same can be said of breakfast: between yogurt, milk, tea, biscuits of all kinds, jams, juices and brioches we were spoiled for choice. Finally, all the environments were extremely clean and Gabriella was extremely kind and gave us a lot of useful advice, which made our stay in Trento even more beautiful. The facility is equipped with a parking space (an indispensable requirement for us) and is located in a well-served area: nearby there are supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacy. Highly recommended.

In my experience as a traveler, both for tourism and for work, I have rarely found a location so well-kept in all its aspects. Mrs. Gabriella, who manages the property, was extremely kind and efficient, demonstrating a high level of professionalism by giving us precise directions on the city's traffic, great advice on where to have lunch and dinner, and 'pampering' us with excellent breakfasts, during which she entertained us with pleasant conversations making us feel at home. It's hard to find words to describe the perfection, taste, and love that Gabriella put into decorating her B&B Residenza Iris. We felt like we were at home. The best we could wish for! There wasn't a single detail out of place! In addition to the already abundant buffet of cookies and sweets (fruit juices, non-alcoholic drinks, milk, yogurt in the fridge) that greeted us, in the morning Gabriella added exquisite warm croissants. The structure is really beautiful, practically new and very clean, Mrs. Gabriella is a truly kind and helpful host. The house is located a 15-minute walk from the center and from the S. Chiara Hospital, arriving by train you can easily reach it with bus number 4 which drops you off in front of the structure. Unfortunately, having to leave very early in the morning, I could not take advantage of the excellent breakfasts, but Mrs. Gabriella always made sure to leave me a croissant in the evening upon my return. The rooms are spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. Highly recommended.

There are really a lot of snacks, including the legendary apples from Trentino. The breakfast is also excellent with fresh pastries from the pastry shop, along with a lot of other food to taste.
