The property is located next to the San Candido ski lift and a few minutes walk from the center. The lady who welcomed us was really kind and provided us with all the information about the bike paths and other things to see. The room and the bathroom were very clean and the kitchen was well equipped to cook or make a coffee. We had a great time.

The manager did not have availability for the agreed apartment, but solved the problem by making a room with an external bathroom available at the same price.

Very beautiful and comfortable rooms at the foot of the ski slopes, the sauna inside is very beautiful and if one wants a bit of relaxation, it is the right place. The welcome was among the best I have ever received and those who manage the property are truly very helpful.

We stayed the last week of August at Residence Arnika and it was a very positive experience. The apartment is very nice, spacious and well equipped, with a large balcony overlooking the mountains. Despite being in front of the chairlift, it was extremely quiet, a five-minute walk from the town center with the bus stop for the entire valley just a few meters away from the house. The welcome from the lady was excellent, we even found a plate of Strudel. Definitely an experience to repeat.

Exceptional welcome! Spacious apartment equipped with all comforts. The landlady made us find a homemade cake and chocolates, plus good discounts for the pool of San Candido. An incredible view and comfort. Highly recommended.
