DolceVita Ambiez Rooms & Breakfast is located in the picturesque village of San Lorenzo Dorsino, a gateway to the wonderful Val d’Ambièz and the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. This charming establishment was born from the desire to offer warm and authentic hospitality, in perfect harmony with the surrounding natural context. Conveying the passion for hospitality that has characterized my family for generations, every aspect of the stay is attentively and devotedly managed.

The story of DolceVita Ambiez is rooted in my father's experiences, who traveled to Switzerland and Milan to learn the art of hospitality before returning to Trentino to forge a deep bond with the territory. With my parents' support, I undertook the restoration of a historic building in the heart of Dorsino, once known for the enveloping scent of ciuìga, the traditional sausage. In this context, guests can experience an authentic dimension, where every corner tells a story.

The rooms, three cozy rooms and seven refined suites, are made with natural materials such as larch and fir, chosen for their ability to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Larch, in particular, is known for promoting restorative sleep, while solid wood regulates the humidity of the environment, ensuring a healthy stay. Each accommodation is equipped with a private bathroom and provided with all comforts, including a well-equipped kitchenette for those who wish for a bit of independence during their stay.

Breakfast, prepared with fresh and quality ingredients, is a special moment to spend at home, characterized by the care and passion with which the desserts are made. To this end, we are proud to offer a gluten-free menu, certified by the Italian Celiac Association, so that every guest can enjoy the pleasures of local cuisine without worries. In our philosophy, the gratification of the palate is an essential contribution to well-being during the vacation.

Wonderful rooms, quiet place besides the church which is ringing the bell early in the morning. Breakfast very good, homemade cake and Strudel. Very nice host.

One of the most beautiful facilities we have had the pleasure of experiencing. Everything was perfect, a sunny welcome, in a magical location managed with love and passion by a special family. An exquisite, homemade breakfast... where nothing is missing. We stayed for only one night in a well-kept studio, equipped with all the comforts and services, and with truly unique cleanliness. This little gem is part of a truly splendid village.... you feel at home... Arrived as guests, we left as friends.

Brand new two-room apartment, well furnished, spacious and very clean, super abundant breakfast with homemade products. Dream location in the center of a very quiet small village that looks like a postcard. Francesca, her mother, and her daughters are kind and helpful managers. Spent 5 days of total relaxation, I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Four days of relaxation in Val d'Ambiez, absolutely positive experience. Cute and very clean structure managed by Francesca with the help of her mother and daughters. All very good and very attentive to every need of the guests, excellent breakfast cakes but the extra touch is really the management. Highly recommended.

Francesca and her family welcomed us to their property making us feel at home, thanks to their extreme availability and kindness. The structure is very well-kept and clean. The studio on the raised ground floor is spacious, very convenient kitchenette, brand new dishes and dishwasher. The breakfast is excellent, every morning Francesca prepares different cakes, ensuring quality and variety. Absolutely recommended.

What can I say, excellent structure, beautiful welcome from the managers who also recommended some beautiful places where you can try typical Trentino products and enjoy excellent grandma's cooking. Newly renovated property in a strategic location, allows quick excursions to both Lake Garda and Lake Molveno, Andalo, etc. Furnished with great care and attention to guests' well-being. The breakfast is abundant and well taken care of with excellent homemade pastries, but the savory offer should be expanded. Francesca (manager) is very courteous, very attentive to everyone's needs, and very prepared to illustrate visiting routes and special places to discover. We spent our honeymoon in this magnificent place immersed in an enchanting village, at DolceVita Ambiez Rooms&Breakfast the staff is friendly, the place is super well-kept down to the smallest detail and very clean! Super genuine breakfast with homemade sweets and then Francesca! The owner! Always very kind and extremely helpful and ready to advise you on how to spend the day! I arrived on Sunday 10. 7 and I will stay for the whole week, but I wanted to thank Francesca and her parents with all the staff for the wonderful welcome, genuine kindness, and empathy they showed me. The structure is exceptional: brand new, very well done with solid and well-made facilities, not trivial furnishing, but studied and functional (from the windows and walls, to the lights, to the appliances, everything is done at its best). The availability exceeds expectations. And if something is missing, just ask: if it's possible, there won't be any problems.
