Very nice, clean and tidy. The owner's mother is the real asset, a very kind and professional lady. I definitely recommend it and will come back 🤗.

The property is new, the room is very spacious, modern and clean, but a bit impersonal since it is a guesthouse and therefore not staffed by the host.Breakfast is self-service with plenty of packaged products.

I never write reviews, but this time I must.\n\nI was really very satisfied, everything was perfect!\nVery large room with private bathroom including a whirlpool shower cabin and impeccable cleanliness.\n\nDownstairs there is a bar where breakfast is served.\n\nFurthermore, the owners are very attentive and kind.\n\nWhat can I say? Much better than many 4-star hotels around.

My stay met every expectation: the room was very spacious, always very clean and tidy, equipped with every comfort, a large and very clean bathroom with a very nice shower. Truly everything aimed at making the guest feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable. The family that runs the property is very friendly and kind, available for everything. Excellent breakfast. I also tried the cuisine of Arsenico B&B and I can only compliment. A place to definitely return to.
