Our B&B is at Roma art and culture location, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the historic heart of the city nearby Nomentano. "Agio" is designed with taste, refinement and pure attention to detail.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, for conferences and business travel, for a dream vacation in a discreet, romantic setting, if you want to relax and get into shape.

Great host and location. The host took great care of us and prepared the best room for us. Supermarkets, delicious restaurants, and gelato shops are nearby. There is a bar in the basement of the guesthouse where you can drink rare craft beer. You will not find such service at this price in high season. Thank you, Andy.

Very good stay at B&B Agio! Andy is a really cool and nice person, it was a real pleasure to meet him 😄 The house is really cosy, and really really clean. You feel very comfortable there. For the localization, it is really close to the subway and to different services, and it’s only 15 minutes by subway to get to the Colosseo. I totally recommend it! 👌👌 If I have to come back to Rome, my stay will be at B&B Agio for sure, with no hesitation 😄👌

Very nice and quiet place, a few minutes walking from the metro and bus station. Also from the supermarket and main stores. Breakfast was ok but not as rich as I usually find in B&B; for example, fruits and maybe yogurt, if available, would surely be appreciated.

Great location - close to Bologna metro station. The room with its own bathroom has a large balcony. The soundproofing is very poor in the room, but the area is quiet. Andy was very kind and drove me to the station because of the strike.

We did not want to stay in the tourist area and this place met our expectations to the fullest. We were among the real "Romans", eating their excellent cuisine at the right price instead of bad tourist food at inflated prices. No crowds of tourists, but still easy to reach everywhere thanks to the nearby train and metro stations and also some buses stop not too far from the building. When in Rome, do as the Romans do - and stay here.

Very good stay at B&B Agio, we went for the weekend, 100% recommended. The room very clean and with everything necessary, bathroom in room (blue room), very pleasant terrace private to the room. Spectacular location, very close to the metro station "Bologna" (5 minutes walking, even less). Station a few stops from Termini, Colosseum, among others. By bus you can also quickly reach the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. Very well located. Andy is super attentive, nice, responsible, and takes care of everything. It should be noted that our flight was delayed and there were no problems about it, we managed to solve everything very quickly through messages. Very good host. I do not leave a rating on breakfast as we never had it (by our own choice, we went out very early and ate outside).

Really strategic location. The manager is very kind and helpful, a 10 with praise! Breakfast lacks something for those like me who have food allergies, but one can easily overlook that, given the positivity of everything else and the presence of a very well-stocked bar on the other side of the street. We will return.

Great B&B perfectly organized, very clean, the manager is very skilled and complete. My room had double exposure, very bright with a small terrace, the bathroom large and very clean. It's not easy to find B&Bs so clean and complete, thank you Andrea!

Recently renovated rooms tastefully done in a beautiful building, quiet area and close to metro line B. Very convenient to Tiburtina station. Spacious, quiet, and very clean room, excellent mattresses. Kind and helpful manager. Kitchen facilities are also available.

Clean and quite spacious room, helpful manager, convenient location of the 'Agio' property due to its proximity to the subway. Only paid parking nearby.
