Our farmhouse is located surrounded by nature, in a location with a spectacular view nearby Collina. "Agriturismo Alla Vecchia Quercia" is a lovely, refined building, a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 25 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 24 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame, persönliche Bewirtung durch die Besitzer. Für die Bed and Breakfast Gäste fehlt ein Außenbereich, wo man sich tagsüber entspannen kann, abgesehen vom pool, wenn dort viele Gäste sind. Ein zusätzlicher Bereich mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen wäre dafür schön und die Möglichkeit tagsüber Getränke zu bekommen.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Von vielen Gästen wird unsere Frühstücksterrasse genutzt um sich tagsüber mal hinzusetzen um was zu trinken oder schreiben. Die Wiese um den Pool bietet Platz und auch natürlichen Schatten. Man kann dort auch Problemlos einen Liegestuhl hinentführen… Herzlichst Ihre Gastgeber, Corinne und Roland.

Everything was excellent! We were welcomed by Corinne and Roland with a smile and they have always been available, they even provided us with a small grocery since we were arriving in the evening! Clean and comfortable apartment where nothing was missing! Our little dog was also very well received! Fantastic panorama and absolute silence! In the evening you can admire fireflies and stars like we had never seen before! Highly recommended! We will come back as soon as possible!

We returned for the fourth consecutive year, because the location is strategic for us who love to go cycling. Breakfast, with a view of the Marche hills and the fresh bread prepared by Roland, is a pleasure of life. Needless to say, the owners are welcoming and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and in harmony with the landscape.
