For the first time in this villa maintained in its own style. It feels like going back in time and many memories of the 60s and 70s come to mind. Overall it is well maintained, a strategic location for those with a car and the parking is very useful. The room is large, the bathroom is complete and clean. Freedom of movement, satisfying breakfast served in the room (at least that's what happened to me), friendliness, availability and hospitality.

Non ho mai commentato nessuna recensione, perchè chiunque ha il diritto di esprimere la propria opinione, ma la sua necessita di una precisazione ... Villa Vera è un piccolo B&B a conduzione familiare classificato 3 stelle, che da autorizzazione ha l'obbligo del servizio di prima colazione "imbustata" , ma tutti i prodotti imbustati sono di qualità e non sottomarche... I prezzi delle nostre camere (camera matrimoniale al costo euro 50,00 a notte, cioè euro 25,00 a persona) sono ancora tra i più bassi che può trovare in zona, cercando di assicurare un buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo per la PULIZIA, POSIZIONE con parcheggio auto interno alla struttura e CORDIALITA'. Immersed in a garden, B&B Villa Vera in 70s style, very suggestive, a bit retro but of excellent workmanship. The room is clean, the host is available, in a well-connected area with the main structures. No expectations about breakfast.

Ottima sistemazione, in posizione tranquilla e facile da raggiungere, in una villa anni '50 con splendido e fresco giardino e possibilità (cosa da non sottovalutare) di parcheggiare realmente all'interno della struttura. Camere grandi, spaziose e ben fornite, ma soprattutto la cordialità e disponibilità del sig. Maurizio ci hanno fornito la base per il nostro piacevole soggiorno a Catania.

La struttura ha ampi spazi, ben tenuta, curata e pulita, bagni in ogni stanza e parcheggio interno, questo è importante in una città dove non è facile trovare parcheggio. Il gestore Maurizio è sempre disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 giorni nella seconda metà di maggio e siamo state contente di tutto. Se dovessimo tornare a Catania sicuramente torneremmo ad alloggiare a Villa Vera.

Il gestore, il signor Maurizio, è molto cortese e sempre disponibile per ogni necessità, prodigo di consigli su come vivere e gustare Catania, l'atmosfera é molto calda e familiare. Le camere sono molto grandi e confortevoli, così come il bagno di cui ogni camera é dotata, molto più spaziosi di tanti alberghi 3 stelle di cui ci siamo serviti in passato. Inoltre tutto é sempre molto pulito! La struttura é una villa a due piani con giardino e ampio parcheggio interno, situata alla sommità di Via Etnea, ciò permette di essere al centro di Catania con una decina di minuti di cammino, pur soggiornando in un contesto silenzioso e tranquillo, inoltre volendosi muovere in automobile in pochi minuti si raggiungono tangenziale ed autostrada per destinazioni fuori città. La colazione, pur nei limiti stringenti delle regole comunali, é varia, ricca e ove possibile con prodotti locali. Struttura altamente consigliata, noi sicuramente ne usufruiremo nuovamente quando torneremo a Catania.

Villa Vera é una struttura fine anni 50 inizi anni 60 e quindi con ampi spazi vivibili e molto ben tenuta e curata, bagni in ogni stanza e parcheggio interno, questo molto importante in una città caotica come Catania dove è difficile parcheggiare un' auto. Ci siamo subito sentiti tra amici a motivo dell'ospitalità dei padroni di casa, soprattutto di Maurizio sempre disponibile con la sua simpatia. Abbiamo soggiornato li una settimana e siamo stati contenti di tutto. Piccolo suggerimento: colazione abbondante e varia, ma da integrare con qualche prodotto fresco da forno. Comunque felicissimi di essere stati li.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Vera per 3 notti a fine Luglio. Bellissima villa antica sita in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro della città e le numerose strutture ospedaliere nella immediate vicinanze.
