The host warmly welcomed us and was very helpful during our stay. We really appreciated the opportunity to use the kitchen/breakfast area even during the day for a coffee, a snack, or a cold drink. The area is a bit far from the center but it is very quiet and well served by the bus/tram that runs continuously.

Excellent! Finding a flaw is not possible. Cleanliness, pleasant and comfortable environments. Strategic position to easily reach all the main points of interest but, at the same time, stay in a quiet and non-chaotic area. Massimiliano is a courteous person and always available for every need of his guests. I would definitely go back.

Ho soggiornato con i miei due bambini. Mi sono trovata benissimo. Stanza bella, ben arredata e molto ben pulita, colazione self-service e con un po' di tutto a disposizione. Massimiliano è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Insomma, tutto perfetto.

Consiglio vivamente questo B&B. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. La struttura è nuova e moderna, le camere sono pulite, curate nel dettaglio e sono dotate di ogni necessità e molto confortevoli. La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo, grazie ad un voucher si può usufruire della colazione nel bar situato proprio sotto la struttura. Promosso a pieni voti!

B&B impeccabile in tutto! Struttura ben situata come zona che permette di raggiungere qualsiasi luogo limitrofo sia a piedi che non, a due passi da varie fermate degli autobus, negozi, locali ecc. Zona molto tranquilla. Struttura con camere arredate in maniera ordinata e dalla massima igiene, per non dire che si dispone di una intera cugina per potersi preparare varie cose, da colazioni a spuntini, frigo al completo di bevande, succhi, acqua, colazioni ecc. È stato come sentirsi a casa propria, in un ambiente confortevole e pulito con la libertà di poter usufruire della cucina. Tutto questo è un biglietto da visita che esprime in todo le qualità personali e professionali del Gestore che si è dimostrato molto disponibile. Se di nuovo a Roma, saprò dove andare a bussare..

Ho pernottato per una notte al B&B Pinturicchio per motivi di lavoro. Il B&B si trova all’interno di un condominio con ascensore, le stanze sono arredate in modo funzionale (tv, aria condizionata, ampia doccia, phon) con accessori nuovi. Pulizia impeccabile. Massima disponibilità da parte del gestore. In zona sono presenti diversi ristoranti e locali (Zona Flaminio- Ponte Milvio). La colazione è “self-service” a base di frutta, succhi, merendine confezionate, fette biscottate, marmellata e nutella e qualche biscottino.

Sono stato qualche gg fa, sono stato accolto con grande entusiasmo e garbo il proprietario si è subito dimostrato molto disponibile e mi ha anche consigliato dove cenare. Sono stato pochi giorni ma se dovessi ritornare sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo questo B&B sia per la struttura pulita e molto accogliente sia per la posizione. A due passi dal foro italico collegata benissimo con il centro con i mezzi che praticamente partono da lì, insomma eccezionale. Senza parlare della colazione che ci può servire da soli con grande varietà di possibilità. Top.
