In the Santa Croce district, Ruga Bella offers a peaceful base in the heart of Venice’s historic centre. The apartment has a private entrance and eclectic design, and is just a short walk from Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio. The Rialto Bridge is also within walking distance, along a route through Venice’s narrow streets and squares.

Designed for groups of four to six, it has two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi make it a practical and comfortable place to stay. The accommodation is non-smoking, and breakfast is not provided.

Getting around is easy: the train and bus stations are within walking distance, and the Riva de Biasio vaporetto stop is nearby. The owner, Gian Maria Micheletti, has welcomed travellers for more than sixteen years and personally manages the apartment. A tourist tax of €3 per person applies.

10/10. This was an unforgettable stay. The accommodation is very spacious, with high ceilings and large rooms. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The apartment is in a lovely area, very near to supermarkets and within walking distance to St Marks Square. The host was truly kind and helpful and made himself available to me for advice on where to eat and visit. I look forward to meeting you again next time. I will certainly return to this apartment with my family, a hidden gem! I cannot fault this apartment and host 10/10!

The apartment is very spacious and convenient with everything you need for a short city trip to beautiful Venice! It is situated very close to the train station and is within easy walking distance to the city center. A supermarket, as well as cafes and restaurants, are nearby. Our host was very nice and helpful! We would definitely return to this apartment in the future. We had a great time.

Very convenient location. Just outside the station. Near a square. Served by supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. Very spacious apartment and in a very quiet area. You can rest well. Television provided with top Smart TV. GianMaria is very helpful (we entered the apartment before the scheduled time). Recommended for families or large groups. We were five.

Spacious and well-maintained apartment. The location is strategic as it is situated in a quiet area and easily reachable from the station (only 10 minutes on foot). Gian Maria, the owner, has always been very helpful, quick to respond, and provide all the necessary information and good advice. Excellent value for money, recommended!

The choice fell on this Bed and Breakfast due to its strategic location near the station, an excellent choice, but even more so for Gian's availability, the owner, who contacted us from the very beginning to agree on our arrival. The apartment, because that's what it is, is spacious and quiet, you feel at home! When we return to Venice, we will return to Gian.
