Everything is clean and as shown on the pictures. Communication with the owners was always friendly and uncomplicated. Nice bathroom and a kitchen with the most important stuff you need for cooking. Wonderful balcony with beautiful, typical Italian view. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a bus station in front of the house, you can easily get to the beach or the city centre. We had a very nice stay at Cinzia's apartment.

I highly recommend this apartment which is very comfortable, well located and well arranged. The mattress is of very good quality and the apartment is very well soundproofed, allowing for quiet and restful nights. Communication with the owner is easy (in English) and the accommodation has all the amenities within 200 m (bus, supermarket, pizza place, restaurant, bakery, bar, ice cream shop... and even a hairdresser. In short, everything to have an enjoyable stay without any hassle.

Great bed and breakfast that has nothing to envy to a normal 3-star hotel room. Cinzia, the owner, is very kind and precise in directions and information, plus an unusual mutual trust to find. Highly recommended and we plan to return.

Small but nice room equipped with all necessary comforts. Good location to easily reach the city center and Poetto beach or other destinations outside of Cagliari with the possibility of parking nearby for free and without difficulty. The strength is certainly the well-kept welcome and availability from the owner.

Highly recommended! Beautiful room, equipped kitchen, I could cook Polish dishes 😊 very kind owner, close to shops, cafes, perfect place, beautiful! I will come back in November.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un week-end in uno degli appartamenti Betil House, siamo stati benissimo; tutto completamente nuovo e di una comodità eccellente, pulito e ben tenuto. La proprietaria Cinzia, gentilissima e completamente a disposizione. Se ne avremo nuovamente l'occasione, sarà sicuramente la prima scelta. Cordiali Saluti, Francesco e famiglia.

Graziosissimo appartamento in zona servitissima. Dotata di domotica e tutti i servizi necessari. Non è prevista la colazione ma il resto supplica a questa piccola mancanza peraltro già risaputa prima dell'arrivo per cui ci si può arrangiare tranquillamente facendo autonomamente un pochino di spesa nel supermercato vicino. Ha curato in attrezzata con fuochi a induzione e microonde. Hai bisogno di inserire un badge che ti consente di svolgere tutto autonomamente. Molto soddisfatta. Ci tornerei volentieri se avessi ancora bisogno di un alloggio vicino al Binaghi, solo 400 metri. Da segnalare la gentilezza della proprietaria Cinzia e anche di suo marito. Barbara Arzachena.

Sono stata tre giorni in uno di questi monolocali gestiti da Cinzia e Giacomo, un soggiorno piacevolissimo, struttura pulitissima, nuova, moderna, impianto domotico con tutti i conforts: dalla macchinetta per il caffè allo smartphone in dotazione, dal ferro da stiro al bollitore elettrico, dal frigo all'ingresso con badge e/o codice numerico, dalla tv alla doccia con idromassaggio: angolo cucina con piano cottura a induzione, dotata delle stoviglie di prima necessità; lavasciugatrice e barbecue nel balcone. La zona è centrale, bar, ristoranti, gelaterie, banca, edicola, farmacia, fermate dei mezzi pubblici (a Cagliari funzionano benissimo) tutti a pochi passi dalla casa. Già prenotato per una vacanza estiva. Consigliatissimo!
