Our B&B is placed near the sea in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme di Agnano) at Napoli art and culture location, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the heart of the city. "Diletto A Napoli" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, design with meticulous attention to detail, unique, distinctive style, a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

Travellers staying with us will be able to for shopping enjoy and buy local artisan products, explore cultural events and exhibitions.
Near our facility you can find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions. Remember that just only 130 m away there is the "Duomo".

Our property is the ideal location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, for meetings and business needs, for a romantic getaway that makes you feel like a couple again, wellness and fitness at nearby spas.

Last but not least, remember that our strategic location makes us ideal for shopping in our local Christmas market, ideal for moving around the city on the metro (Metro Gialla - Dante, Metro - Garibaldi, Metro Gialla - Museo, Metro - Cavour...), handy and near to motorways Highway A56 Zona Ospedaliera, Highway A56 Arenella, Highway A56 Corso Malta, Highway A56 Capodimonte, Highway A3 Via Ferraris.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 4 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 3 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM

Check in from 9:30, please let us know when you will arrive. There is a € 10 supplement from 22:30 to 00:30. Arrivals between 00.30am and 9.30am are unfortunately, not possible.
Staff areoccasionally present during the day. Rooms are available from 15:00. Check out before 10:30am.
The apartment is on the first floor of an old building with no lift. The staff that welcomes guests can help with luggage

O local do B&B muito bom, uma ótima estrutura. Minha família gostou muito. Pena que não havia café da manhã (poderiam fazer uma parceria com algum bar da rua Duomo). Mas no geral tudo ok.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza quadrupla molto ampia, la posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico a piedi. I ragazzi incaricati per il check-in sono molto disponibili e cordiali ci hanno dato molte info sui siti di interesse e sulle prelibatezze culinarie. Consiglio vivamente.

Niente acqua calda per due pomeriggi (su tre) di fila. Per fare la doccia calda bisogna cercare l’ora giusta. La spiegazione data è stata che non succede quasi mai, e che sono palazzi vecchi. Niente tv nelle camere. Nessuna colazione perché per le norme anticovid non si può usare la cucina. Non sarebbe stata una cattiva idea mettere nelle camere una caffettiera elettrica o un bollitore. Mi è sembrato un prezzo eccessivo per l’offerta. Che non è altro che una camera con bagno. Napoli è bellissima e affascinante.

L'alloggio si trova in un palazzo storico nel pieno centro della città, pulito e confortevole, a pochi passi dagli splendidi monumenti che consiglio di visitare spostandosi a piedi per assaporare appieno l'atmosfera unica di questa città. Luigi è stato un gestore gentilissimo e ci ha dato preziosi consigli su come affrontare la visita e spostarsi per le escursioni fuori Napoli.

La quarta volta che vengo a Napoli, sempre con la stessa organizzazione. Da Vico dei Giganti a sotto i tetti e per due volte in Vico Sedil Capuano. Mi piace molto essere in pieno centro storico della città e mescolarmi a gente che vive quotidianamente i vicoli, frequenta i negozi di ogni genere e tipo. Abbastanza pulita, anche se passano migliaia di persone tutti i giorni. La prossima volta vado a casa Latina, ho saputo che è molto bella. Grazie ragazzi e avanti così.
