Great location, great premises, great air conditioning, a breakfast a little less like a supermarket wouldn't be bad (fresh cold cuts, fresh juices, fresh bread and not all bought pre-packaged).

We stayed at the B&B when our child was hospitalized at Bambino Gesù. Excellent location as the hospital was within walking distance in a few minutes without the use of public transport. The location about 300 meters from St. Peter's Square makes it interesting also for tourist purposes. Next to pharmacies, restaurants, and small markets. Excellent value for money. Absolutely recommended even if the breakfast should be improved.

Very kind and helpful manager. Room, bathroom and kitchen at disposal were very clean. Perfect B&B location: very quiet area served by public transport and other services. Great price with a rich and abundant breakfast. When I decide to come back to Rome, I will contact Marco again, the B&B manager.

The structure is welcoming, really a stone's throw from St. Peter's, clean, and the manager was very kind and helpful with us, especially considering that we needed a triple room for only two nights and precisely for New Year's Eve. The only observation is that the internet connection did not work and the heating only in our room did not work (but the day we left, the radiator was hot!). If I had to take another vacation in Rome, I would return and recommend it to friends.

I stayed only one night in this welcoming B&B. It is really close to the Vatican walls, in a very quiet area. A few steps away is the Stazione di Roma S. Pietro which, personally, I found more useful than the subway to get around from Termini station. The B&B is clean and the rooms are equipped with everything. The decor is fresh and comfortable, and the cleanliness is truly excellent. Breakfast is prepared independently, the kitchen is very nice, breakfast is served near the window and it is really relaxing. For breakfast, there is really everything you need: packaged croissants, jam, toasted bread, biscuits, cereals, yogurt, milk, juices, and there is a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. The cleanliness of the kitchen is also excellent. The wireless connection is free, although the signal in the room was rather weak, it was perfect in the kitchen. You will have the keys, so complete autonomy for the hours. The manager is a really courteous, helpful, and kind person. I stayed for work, and I had a great time. However, I recommend this accommodation to families with children and couples for short or long stays as well. On my next trips to Rome, I will definitely keep this B&B in mind and will gladly return.
