I have travelled for work purposes and I found the Relais Villa Italia a very suitable, clean and comfortable place. The accommodation is very nice and located in a quiet area, around 15 minutes walk from Hospital Campus Bio-Medico. The owner and the staff are very friendly, but also the information they shared about transportation, restaurants and what to visit was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend the place and would definitely like to visit them again soon!

I spent a few days in this facility, close to the Bio Campus, and I felt very good. I can't think of any negative remarks to point out. The only "flaw", but it is well specified in the description of the facility, is the lack of breakfast. However, there is a kitchen that can be used. My evaluation is more than positive, and thinking of being able to return, it is a place I recommend also for the kindness and availability of the managers.

Salve ci sembra molto strano il suo commento e non comprendiamo cosa intende per luoghi comuni si riferisce all'esterno perche' operai montavano i gazebi esterni nuovi? Perché non abbiamo nulla di disordinato (ognuno a il suo livello di disordine personale) ne' di sporco nelle nostre meravigliose arre giardino piscina patio gazebi terrazzi ecc anzi la nostra pulizia ci contraddistingue.

I stayed with my son for just one night and, all in all, we found ourselves well. The environment was very quiet, the room was clean as well as the bathroom and the towels, and the furnishings were really very nice and welcoming. The only downside is that there is no breakfast and therefore I went out to have breakfast at a nearby bar. Too bad because the structure has a kitchen, we hope that they can really adapt it to a bed and breakfast soon.

Grazie mille di aver censito positivamente la nostra struttura, ha valutato eccellente la nostra pulizia del bagno della camera e della biancheria e notato la nostra cura nei dettagli e nel gusto dell'arredamento e per questo la ringraziamo, per quanto riguarda la colazione è un servizio che non forniamo perché non siamo un bed & breakfast ma un relais guest house è disponiamo della cucina grande nuova e completamente attrezzata messa gratuitamente a disposizione degli ospiti per poter svolgere tutte le eventuali attività culinarie in base ad ogni richiesta di ciascun individuo, cosa molto apprezzata soprattutto dai molti clienti stranieri che ogni anno abbiamo il piacere di ospitare...Grazie a presto.

grazie per aver censito positivamente la nostra struttura ci dispiace che abbia avuto problemi ma l'aria è perfettamente funzionate se ci chiedeva aiuto avremmo potuto indirizzarla sul corretto funzionamento il sistema è completamento automatico non consente l'impostazione della temperatura se bassa se la camera è gia' fresca ed in questi giorni lo sono sembra marzo. Comunque poteva darli alti i punteggi perchè modestamente lo meritiamo :-) a presto

In the Trigoria area of Rome, there is the very well-kept Relais Villa Italia. Rooms with en-suite bathrooms recently renovated, cozy, clean, and well-furnished. The structure is also equipped with a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a very well-kept English lawn and internal car parking. Ideally, it would be possible to include breakfast, not provided, instead one is forced to take the car and go to the nearby bar. Recommended structure for everyone.

Grazie mille per aver lasciato un feedback positivo, lavoriamo molto per questo e ogni giorno è una sfida, ma quanto qualcuno apprezza il nostro lavoro e la nostra struttura ci riempie di gioia, le vostre opinioni ed i vostri consigli ci aiutano a migliorare, ma per la colazione ci dobbiamo pensare, in passato era un servizio che offrivamo e anche gratuitamente ma poi ci siamo resi conto che era complicato e molto impegnativo da gestire a volte poco apprezzato nonostante il grande lavoro che c'era dietro. Di supporto abbiamo i distributori automatici che fra l'altro fanno il caffe' molto piu' buono del nostro :-) e piu' di un bar di fronte alla struttura raggiungibile a piedi in 2 minuti, ci sembra un buon compromesso ! Comunque non si sa mai magari un giorno torneremo sui nostri passi, nell'attesa ci auguriamo di riavervi presto nostri ospiti. Arrivederci lo staff .

I stayed for a few days and I had a great time, the property is close to the Biomedical Campus (reason for the stay) and I couldn't have chosen better. Welcome, availability, kindness that are not always found. Francesca, the owner is a wonderful person, loves her job, loves making her guests feel at home, and it was just like that. If I had to go back to Rome and choose a place to stay (near the property) I would definitely choose Villa Relais Italia. Highly recommended.
