We liked this apartment very much because it was very close to the attraction we went to (Mirabilandia) and the price was very affordable for a B&B. However, the breakfast part was a bit of a let down as eating "sweet" breakfast is really not our style, so if you can improve the breakfast choices I think you would attract even more people. Noise from the street has been heard throughout the night as this B&B is right next to a semi-busy street, but we got used to it quite quickly and the staff, especially at the café where they served breakfast, were very friendly.

Buongiorno, volevo farle sapere già come viene segnalato sul portale e in fase di prenotazione che la colazione compresa in tariffa viene data sempre una brioche dolce una bevanda calda e una bevanda fredda in alternativa è possibile prenotare solo l'alloggio e a parte consumare la colazione al Bar scegliendo quello che si vuole. Spent 1 week at Camera & Caffè Cenni. We were three families with children (8, 11, 12, 14) from Austria & Poland. Accommodations are new, modern, and spacious. Refrigerator with freezer & air conditioning included in the booking. Kitchen available for an additional fee (90 euros) at the apartments. Elevator available, as well as Wi-Fi and Sky (Italian). Cozy terraces with seating areas invite in the upper floors (apartments) for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. A small playground is also available within a 5-minute walk. Great location for visiting Mirabilandia (4 km away) or for excursions in the area. Various amusement or water parks are easily accessible (4-30 km). Free parking available. Good pizzeria right next to the accommodation and a great on-site café. Shopping possibility about 5 km away (Concad City; affordable, good selection). Unfortunately, mosquito nets are missing, but you can't have everything ;-) Manager speaks only Italian. Communication using translation app worked great, even during booking. Matti is very friendly & helpful! We can only recommend the accommodation! We will definitely come back in the coming years.

Very nice apartment. The only negative point was the breakfast. Paying 8 euros for a cappuccino, a plain croissant (because the 'special' ones were not available), and a small bottle of water seemed excessive to me.

We stayed 3 days on holiday to take the children to Mirabilandia. The staff were very kind, especially the ladies who prepared our breakfast! The property is beautiful, tidy and above all obsessively clean! Excellent in every way.

We stayed one night with our four children in an apartment with two bedrooms, a living area with kitchenette, and two bathrooms. It was very clean, new, spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace. The staff were very kind and helpful, both during check-in and check-out and on the phone. If I have to point out any flaws, I would only say that the kitchen was completely unfurnished: a few glasses to drink water and a few other utensils would have been enough. A coffee machine or a kettle would have been ideal.

We really liked it. Fifteen minutes by car from the sea. Strategic location. Beautiful loggia balcony. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was excellent for us. Breakfast at €6 is a bit expensive for a pastry, coffee and water or juice. Thank you for the welcome and availability.

The property is new, clean and modern, nothing to complain about. The parking is very convenient and the private area is very nice and well maintained. There is a bar a few steps away with a good selection of products for an excellent breakfast. The only downside is the price, both for the room and for the breakfast at the bar, which I find a bit too high; lowering the prices a little would be enough to reach perfection. Still, it's worth going there, the location is strategic and convenient.

The room with the very well-kept patio was very nice. Everything was clean. Nice kitchen, but without utensils. Towels were always changed (the one for hands is missing). The structure is new and modern, with a welcoming and functional environment, equipped with all comforts. It is very close to the parks of Mirabilandia and Zoo Safari in Ravenna. Having a small child, these were our destinations. It is also close to Sant'Apollinare in Classe. Our experience was positive, and Mattia, the manager, is always kind and available. Very beautiful, modern, clean structure, giant terrace with sitting area, very convenient to reach the various attractions of the Mirabilandia area, not even 5 minutes, zoo safari, etc... The sea Lido di Classe ten minutes away.

We had a great fun weekend, thanks to the proximity to Mirabilandia, the sea, and good food. All this was suggested by Mattia, whose restaurant recommendation was fantastic! We stayed at Camera & Caffè to go to Mirabilandia. The location is perfect because it's very close, the rooms are very nice especially mine with a garden. The manager was helpful and kind, there is a bar connected to the property where you can have breakfast with a lot of choices. They also welcomed our dogs. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. All in all, it wasn't too far from the center, I would say it's an excellent structure for those who need to go to the Park. I recommend it. P.S. I would only recommend mosquito nets!

Our first experience was very satisfying. The structure is beautiful, well-kept, clean, and modern, equipped with soundproof windows due to the proximity to the main road. Our accommodation was on the ground floor with a really nice little garden. Very convenient the adjacent bar, great for breakfast. Good connections to Mirabilandia, the stop is right nearby. For dinner, we went to both La Campaza and Desire, both a short walk away and really excellent. If we were to return to Mirabilandia, we will definitely come back to this structure.

The structure is very beautiful, new, and well furnished. However, unfortunately, the location is a downside, as the traffic noise from the Romea road is very noticeable. Moreover, the sofa bed is uncomfortable, with all the springs being felt. Considering the bar located under the structure, it would have been nice to have a breakfast deal.

To go on vacation and visit Mirabilandia, this is the perfect place. The staff is very kind, the place is excellent and very clean. A piece of advice: if you go to Mirabilandia, even though it's close by, take the bus (the bus stop is very close to the property) as the road is too busy to walk.

Excellent rooms! Excellent B&B manager. The only flaw, the girls at the bar of the facility early Monday morning were rude and annoyed by requests like the filling of the brioches. They made the bill twice before we finished saying what we wanted. The youngest girl confirmed the price of a sandwich in the window that was already priced; the one who seemed to be the cashier raised the price by 1€ inexplicably saying that the girl didn't know the price, even though it was on the tag.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days from July 1st to 3rd in the Camera & Caffè Cenni Family Room. Beautiful apartment, very clean, well furnished, spacious, and complete with every service. Friendly staff, excellent location for Mirabilandia just 2km away, very close to Cervia and Milano Marittima for a pleasant evening by the sea. Excellent quality for the price, very affordable... The property seems new, no defects, clean, very spacious room. It is logical that the location on the Statale Romea is not a great setting, but for those who need to move around, like me, it is very practical. Breakfast not included, however, there is a bar and a pizzeria practically in the same building.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was fine, but the daily cleaning was not the best. However, the place is beautiful and all new and nice when you enter, everything is clean, you don't have to worry about putting your head on the pillows. Friendly and helpful manager. New and clean structure. Our two-room apartment is comfortable and well-kept. The bar attached to the structure is impeccable both for the service and for the products. Located in a very quiet area. We had a great time. The location of the structure is close to Mirabilandia, served by urban and extra-urban buses, the only flaw is that in low season, to and from Fosso Ghiaia, the buses run only until about 19:30. In the evening, if you want to move to spend the evening in a livelier place, reaching them might not be a problem, the return to the structure is. It is recommended to arrive by car. The structure offers the possibility of using the kitchen but there is no supermarket on site. A short walk from the B&B you will find a beautiful restaurant, a pharmacy, a pizzeria/piadineria/first courses, a bakery, and a tobacconist.

I spent a wonderful week. The place is strategic and is only 2 kilometers from Mirabilandia, about thirty kilometers from Rimini (Italia in Miniatura) and about eighty kilometers from San Marino. The only downside is that there are no shops nearby to spend some time and the Camera & Caffè Cenni does not provide breakfast, you must necessarily go to the bar located a few steps away. Otherwise, quality, courtesy, and professionalism, all ok.

"A guarantee". I got to know this structure through internet searches and reading reviews. I am really happy because everything turned out to be true. The manager "Mattia" is very friendly and helpful, a type who cares about the customer's well-being. The structure is brand new and well-furnished, with a well-kept and clean environment. I stayed in a ground floor studio with garden and parking in front. Upstairs there is a bar (great cappuccino and excellent and varied croissants) for breakfasts, which I took with a tray and consumed in the apartment with my family as if I were at home. Also upstairs, there is an exquisite piadineria and pizzeria. The structure is very close to Mirabilandia park and Ravenna Safari, but also to go downtown to visit Ravenna it is only a few minutes away. In conclusion... I am very satisfied and I believe that for next year I will know where to book.

The only downside is the price of breakfast: 7 euros per person are high if one doesn't stuff oneself. We stayed here as two couples of friends and we took the suite with 2 rooms. The quality-price ratio was excellent. The apartment was stunning, very clean and new.
