The operators are very friendly. It is an accommodation near the city. There is a parking lot in front of the house, which costs 5 euros per night. The traffic noise with open windows is extremely high. Sleeping is only possible with earplugs or closed windows. Breakfast is charged separately and there are packaged goods, nothing fresh.

During the visit of a couple of cousins in Italy, I got to know this family-run bed and breakfast. Already from the first contacts via email, we immediately found a lot of courtesy and willingness to adapt to the challenging itinerary and the consequent schedule. Upon our arrival, the welcome was attentive and cordial. The bed and breakfast is located a few kilometers from the center of Como, well served by buses and close to the train station if you want to reach Milan or Switzerland. Cleanliness, friendliness, and quality are the characteristics of this structure and of those who work there.

Ours was the first B & B opened in Como. Graziella Sergio and I, for more than 15 years, we try to offer a family-run hospitality, without excessive ostentation, but with seriousness and passion.
