The host is very nice and welcoming and always willing to help. They make you feel like at home. The room is small, but has everything you need for your holidays, a comfortable double bed for 2 persons, a desk, a flat TV with usb and hdmi, wifi connection, a table, a chair and very important: a good working air conditioning. There is also your own bathroom connected to your room with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Breakfast is rich and always more than enough but it's missing normal bread, cheese and ham. You can choose from a massive selection of cakes. There will always be some yogurts, fruit juices, coffee and tea which is really good. Sant'Anna Arressi is a nice little charming town, only ten minutes drive away from the sea and the beautiful beach "Le Dune".

Very nice facility, about 5 km from the sea. The place itself doesn't offer much. It would have been nice to have bread, butter, and possibly cold cuts for breakfast. It was a shame that our reservation was forgotten. However, great efforts were made to make up for it.

We had the pleasure of spending our vacation at this establishment and we felt great. Luciana and Massimo are very kind and always available for information, support, and a pleasant chat. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with all comforts. The breakfast is abundant, with the choice of freshly baked sweets and cakes. We always felt at home and recommend the B&B to everyone!

Luciana and Massimo, the two owners will welcome you with their kindness and availability in this very welcoming accommodation, very close to the main street of Sant'Anna Arresi. The rooms are clean and the breakfasts are excellent and plentiful. If we pass by this area again, we will definitely stay in this accommodation.

Beautiful and welcoming structure like our room in Bed and Breakfast solution, excellent breakfasts with freshly baked cakes in the morning and where nothing was missing; but above all, the difference was made by Luciana and Massimo with their hospitality, they made us feel at home. I have never felt so good on vacation! The structure is located in the village of Sant'Anna Arresi a few kilometers from the beaches of Porto Pino and strategic for visiting all the others.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast, meticulously cared for, near fabulous beaches. The rooms are tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is delicious and abundant with homemade pastries. Finally, the hosts are fantastically hospitable.

Excellent structure immersed in the peace of the village of Sant'Anna Arresi, new, tastefully furnished and in an optimal position close to the sea and various places of interest in the southwest of Sardinia. The managers are wonderful people who make you feel at home from the first minute and always available to help in case of need with a smile. The breakfast is a delight, rich in genuine products, different every day, I will not easily forget my stay At Casa di Livia that made my vacation perfect.

Comfortable house to go to the sea 5 km from Porto Pino. The house is new, well furnished, clean, the lady very kind. There were all the tablecloths, towels for the bathroom and the lady also lent us beach towels.

We stayed my mom and I for only one night at this B&B and we really enjoyed it: very welcoming owners, clean and tidy room and bathroom, new and well-finished structure. Highly recommended! The only small suggestion we would like to give to the owners is to put a small shelf or similar in the bathroom because we didn't know where to put our things!

Wonderful family management, comfortable and very clean apartment. The hospitality, welcome, and kindness of the owners won us over: we will definitely come back. We stayed in 2015 with two children. Very clean family environment, with well-furnished apartments equipped with all comforts, a shared washing area and barbecue, bikes available for a relaxing holiday. Easy-to-find parking in the area. Public transport, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, and everything you need nearby. The sea a few km away, Porto Pino beach and the dunes have stayed in my heart.
