Lovely location, excellent services provided by the facility, outstanding cleanliness, very helpful hosts. Only one complaint to make in order to improve communication... on the website homepage it should be clarified better that breakfast is not included.

I will limit myself to stating the facts: Upon arrival, after a few calls and some waiting to be greeted by someone, we were shown what was supposed to be our room. On the door frame, there was a cockroach of considerable size. Upon entering the room, we were overwhelmed by a strong sewage odor. We pointed it out and they gave us a larger room. In this room, the mattress, besides being uncomfortable, had a sink on one side. We spent three nights in this room, but for the fourth and final night, despite the issue being resolved in our original room, we were moved to a room with an external private bathroom. Here is the pinnacle: bedspread damaged by a cigarette burn, dated furniture, the toilet seat in the bathroom was covered with a soft plastic cover. Mediocre breakfast. At the time of payment, the grand finale: no POS, cash only. The host was receptive in solving some issues, but often not very present. In general, with some small improvements, they could greatly enhance the service.

New Bed & Breakfast right on the Isole dello Stagnone Reserve, immersed in nature and silence. For Kitesurfing, I don't think there is a better accommodation. Excellent cleanliness, good breakfast, very kind and helpful owners. Giuseppe took care of us from arrival to departure. We will definitely come back, highly recommended.

Nice place, cozy, very clean, very kind owners, excellent breakfast. Close to the sea and one of the most renowned places in Marsala 'Mamma Caurà where you can admire a wonderful sunset. Certainly recommended.

We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for one night for the convenience of being close to Birgi airport. The area around is very beautiful (Mozia and the Stagnone Islands reserve) and definitely deserves a few days to visit. The structure is tidy and clean. The bathroom is large and the room as well. The landlady is really kind and helpful. In the morning, even though we were leaving at 5 in the morning, she offered to prepare something for breakfast for us and also, in the evening when we returned the car, she came to pick us up at the airport without asking for any fee. Moreover, they also arranged a ride for us in the morning again to the airport for a truly honest price. Highly recommended.
