The accommodations, arranged in two distinct buildings, include six rooms located in the main building and another three in the second building, all tastefully furnished and equipped with modern comforts such as telephone, television, and heating, as well as private bathrooms. The kitchen is the beating heart of the agriturismo, a true homage to Umbrian culinary tradition, thanks to the skilled hands of Mama Nunzia. Magnificent! Charming welcome by Patrizia, even though we arrived earlier than expected. The house is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had only booked one night... we will come back!

Great facility, located in a hilly area far from traffic and just a few kilometers from the center of Assisi. Large, very clean room; good breakfast; possibility to have dinner with a fixed, varied, and plentiful menu. Patrizia and her mother are wonderful. Definitely worth returning.

It is a wonderful and well-managed structure by a family that makes you feel at home and at ease, kind, clean, and always ready to meet the guests' needs. You eat a homemade cuisine prepared with ingredients from their farm. Thank you, mom Nunzia, you are a treasure and also to Patrizia, the daughter who takes care of everything... What can I say, thank you, thank you, and thank you again for everything, you are amazing. I recommend it to anyone who has the pleasure of experiencing nature. Well done everyone, keep it up... Great place very clean, it's like being at home. Exquisite, very polite and attentive staff to customer needs. The local food at zero km is delicious. The landlady was very nice. My son wanted to stay there. Even though it was a very windy day we had a great time. Thank you.

The structure was located in nature, but a bit difficult to reach (mountain and dark roads). The room was a bit small and lacked a mini fridge, which is very important in August. The bathroom with a shower without a tray and with a curtain directly next to the toilet, so after taking a shower, the floor was all flooded and it was impossible to use the bathroom. Very kind staff.

The structure, although a bit isolated, is very beautiful. It is located in a beautiful location with a unique panorama. Excellent for those who love silence and peace. Regarding the management, the people are truly exquisite (Mrs. Patrizia and her family members whom I still thank), of great professionalism and above all humanity, who came to our aid in the face of an unfortunate mishap we had during the trip to Spoleto, which forced us to return home a day earlier than planned.

Very close to the center of Assisi, surrounded by a marvelous nature, welcoming owners and Jack, the mythical little dog, with an excellent leadership verve... for those who love animals, nature, tranquility, and simplicity, it's perfect, even my little Fiona was very happy (dog Fiona).

Family-run farmhouse and everyone is very kind. We had dinner at the property and everything was exquisite as the dishes were carefully prepared with raw materials directly produced by their company! Both the exterior and interior are clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Welcome and friendliness from the managers, first of all. A beautiful place on a hill with a view over a valley with lots of greenery, just a stone's throw from Assisi! Cleanliness, precision of the environments, even outside, simplicity without the pretense of wanting to be what it is not... in fact, it is a farmhouse and that's fine. We had a good time, a plentiful, varied and suitable breakfast for the type of structure. In the evening, we dined at the restaurant and were satisfied with the good, simple and homely cuisine, with an excellent value for money. When we return to that area, we will definitely go there.

A few minutes from Assisi but in a very quiet and relaxing location amidst the Umbrian hills. The structure is very nice and the owner Patrizia is very friendly and hospitable. There is also the possibility to have dinner at the property at a great price and with a simple but tasty cuisine made almost always using products from their garden or local ones… We will be back.

Very kind owners but for those who wish to visit the places of Umbria the location of the bed and breakfast is very inconvenient. The breakfast was not fantastic but the dinner with local dishes was very good. Unfortunately, the wifi did not work in these 3 days and the phone network did not work well. The water does not always arrive in a smooth and hot way.

Very beautiful, clean, well-managed structure, with professionalism, education, and availability. The location of the agriturismo is perfect both for visiting Assisi and neighboring areas, and for mountain trekking days. Dinner was very good and took place in a friendly and genuine atmosphere, thanks to the managers' skills. Overall, the structure is absolutely recommended for a completely relaxing holiday. We will definitely return in spring or summer.

Good morning, I had chosen this structure based on the location and price but above all based on the reviews made by previous guests. In my modest opinion after being there I think that many of the reviews made are even too modest because they do not give the right value to Il Castello. The structure is very beautiful, the place wonderful and the food fantastic. Absolutely do not miss the dinner at the company based on their products cooked with taste and great skill by the owner. Mrs. Patrizia and her mother are extremely kind to the guests and with great discretion. I bought the oil and other products from their company, the oil has a wonderful taste on bruschetta. Definitely recommend to everyone. I will definitely come back.

We stayed at Il Castello for the second time and we are always enthusiastic. Beautiful place in the Subasio park, surrounded by olive trees. A few kilometers from the center of Assisi, it is a lovely place in the peace of nature. Comfortable and clean rooms. We were welcomed by the friendly Patrizia who is always ready to meet every customer's need. The dinner prepared by mamma Nunzia is excellent and abundant, and every evening she lets us taste typical Umbrian dishes. The breakfast is varied and typically homemade. Highly recommended.

Ideal for a peaceful stay and then move to the nearby Assisi for religious visits of interest. Also ideal for those who have a pet that will feel perfectly at ease. Very skilled and hospitable cook. Organic cuisine. Excellent value for money.
