Great B&B and excellent management by Andrea and family. Beautiful grounds and garden. Would love to return and definitely recommend 100%. Perhaps dog owner on night of 20/06/25 should not have left small dog alone and frightened (and barking in fear and desperation) for over 2 hours. We love dogs, none since 2020 sadly, but we would not terrorise our family pet or disturb other guests by locking it up alone while you are out enjoying yourself. Think it was possibly the small poodle called Lucky, not the others we saw around. Overall lovely B&B with lovely views to Assisi which hopefully we shall return to in the future as it is only a few hours from home.

I don’t speak Italian, so I do not understand all that is requested to be judged on this site: but all I can say is that it was a wonderful stay at "Il Fienile di Assisi"! The garden is so breathtakingly beautiful and well managed, the room we slept in was marvelous and well-tempered (heat outside 35 degrees)! The swimming pool was nice and Andrea and his family were so helpful and warmhearted! Although we don’t speak Italian and Andrea speaks little English, everything was understood from the heart and by AI ;-). Thank you so much! Assisi itself is wonderful, but has of course a lot of tourism, so it was a relief after touring around to come back to the silence of "Il Fienile", where the birds sing day and night! Thank you so much.

Andrea was exceptionally friendly. He gave us a lot of useful tips about the region and lovely dining places. We were overall happy with our stay. The property was situated very close to the city centre. A spectacular sunset view by the pool was an added bonus.

We stayed with family at Il Fienile di Assisi and had an excellent time. The availability and kindness of Andrea and his family contributed to making us happy in this wonderful setting, just steps away from the beautiful city of Assisi. The pool, of nice dimensions, delighted and refreshed us upon our returns from excursions. The location is ideal, quiet and at the same time close to many sites to visit. Beautiful property, well maintained and clean. The owner is very kind. Although it is outside the center, you can get to several places without problems. I would like to return in summer or autumn. The view must be beautiful.

A beautiful farmhouse B&B, a 5-minute drive from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, run by Andrea and his father. Modern rooms, small but very cozy. In the morning, for breakfast there is excellent coffee with freshly baked brioches, cakes, and homemade cookies. Andrea gives you lots of suggestions on what to visit and places to eat. Highly recommended.

A very quiet place with a beautiful view of Assisi. Everything is taken care of in detail, both in terms of the outdoor areas and the accommodations and common areas. Very clean and well attended. The managers are very helpful, and the sweet and savory breakfasts are excellent. The desserts are made by them and are delicious.

Good morning. I was at this place with my family and my chihuahua. I can only say that it is more than perfect, excellent in everything. Very clean rooms, the common area is a paradise, absolutely quiet, very clean and well-kept. The breakfast is excellent, with absolutely everything fresh every day, with very delicious homemade cakes. The owners are very kind, always with a welcoming smile. This place lacks absolutely nothing. Then the pool, finally, everything wonderfully good and perfect. Congratulations to Andrea and the whole family. We will definitely return. Hug.

The structure overall presents well, the manager is a polite person, but my experience was not entirely positive, as I was assigned a room on the ground floor, where the natural air exchange is insufficient and the air conditioning system was not sufficient to allow optimal exchange for adequate rest. For our visits to Assisi, whether long or short, Il Fienile di Assisi is always the starting and ending point. The structure is new, clean, and in a quiet and peaceful location. It has a beautiful view of Assisi. Andrea always welcomes us in a fantastic way. The breakfast is excellent, with homemade cakes. For those with special requests, Andrea is always available. Il Fienile di Assisi is simply a perfect structure! For those who want to relax and for those who want to be comfortable to visit Assisi, Perugia and all the beautiful villages; it is located a stone's throw from Assisi. The owner, Andrea, is a delightful, friendly, and always available person; he gives advice on what to see and visit, where it is better to park, and also where to eat well. The structure is enchanting, with a wonderful garden where you can stroll, with many types of roses. The presence of a swimming pool is a plus, which, if it's hot, is refreshing. The breakfast is abundant and very rich, just to satisfy everyone. If Andrea offers you a tasting evening, do not refuse, you would regret it, because he is also an excellent cook. Structure located in a quiet place and surrounded by cultivated fields, a perfect combination if you are looking for a break and relaxation. Completely renovated and welcoming, both externally and internally. Well-kept garden full of flowers, large pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Parking available externally but delimited within the structure. Room and bathroom for exclusive use, in a shabby chic style, equipped with everything, welcoming and clean. Well-stocked breakfast, both sweet and savory. Family-run management. I found kindness, availability, and sympathy. I highly recommend this opportunity both for a break from the routine and for support in visiting the surroundings, just a few km from sacred places or villages to visit. I have been a guest for the second time and do not exclude future occasions!

We were guests at Il Fienile di Assisi for just a few days, we experienced the potential of the structure very little, a wonderful garden, the pool, and an outdoor relaxation area, because we were often out. The room spacious, the bathroom the same, and a very comfortable shower. Strategic position at the foot of Assisi, reachable in 10 minutes, also close to Spello and Perugia and other wonderful destinations. Everyone kind, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely return.

Very beautiful and clean structure, the owners are very helpful and friendly and ready to give advice, homemade breakfast with good and assorted products: from the dining room there is a spectacular view of Il Fienile di Assisi. We stayed at this property from January 01 to 06 and I must say that we were extremely happy with this holiday, in this oasis of peace 10 minutes from Assisi. We only stayed the Saturday night, but it's a place to mark and recommend for those who want to spend a pleasant stay. In the afternoon, we relaxed by the pool enjoying a splendid view of Assisi. The whole environment is extremely well-kept and rich in details, delightful the secret garden that we immortalized in every corner. Our room, on the first floor, was spacious and with refined furnishings. Also, the breakfast lived up to the environment, a rich buffet both sweet and savory that can be enjoyed in the ground floor hall/veranda or in the nice season directly in the garden. Excellent welcome.

We chose this property for a one-night stop on our tour in Umbria and immediately Andrea proved to be kind and helpful, accommodating our requests. He allowed us to leave our luggage in the property even though we had the reservation for 2 PM (it was 10 in the morning), they provided us with beach towels for the pool because we didn't have them. Small gestures much appreciated. The property is very beautiful and well-kept, even in the details and small things, the pool very comfortable and enjoyable with a beautiful view of Assisi. Their 'secret garden', a wonderful discovery, to be enjoyed with a good book or just for a walk. The rooms are spacious enough, comfortable and very well-kept with TV, minibar, and air conditioning. Enclosed parking. The cost of drinks is not at all expensive as in other hotels and B&Bs in the area. The only advice I feel like giving to the property is to provide the rooms with a luggage rack because to unpack them you are forced to lay them on the bed and it's a shame. Breakfast is not buffet style but you choose the day before and it is very varied between sweet and savory and really excellent. I highly recommend it also for the strategic position, you can easily reach the main places of interest.

Beautiful structure, curated in every detail, clean and new! The farmhouse is immersed in nature, among sunflower fields and trees. The view of Assisi is beautiful, with the advantage of being a little far from the village and therefore from noise and crowds, but at the same time everything reachable in a few minutes, including recommended dining spots by the host equally pleasant. Located in a perfect position to visit the entire northern part of Umbria. Far from the confusion of urban centers but five minutes from Santa Maria Degli Angeli. The whole structure is managed with care and attention to detail. The welcome and kindness of the owners make you feel at home. The rooms are quiet and pleasantly furnished, with air conditioning, TV, and a spacious bathroom. I appreciate and share the organization of breakfast where each family orders in advance what they will eat in the morning, freely without any limits, in order to avoid unnecessary waste; excellent quality of the products offered. The pool is large enough, never crowded, and like the entire B&B, it is kept in perfect condition. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Stunning B&B, very close to Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli, also convenient to reach other villages in the area. The choice was made precisely for the location, coming from Rome we wanted to appreciate the greenery of these hills, two nights in tranquility surrounded by nature, very well-kept garden, clean and new rooms, tastefully furnished, very good breakfast with homemade products, even goat milk and ricotta, the manager is very helpful and attentive to details. We plan to return when the pool opens and when the rose garden is in bloom... I imagine it will be a spectacle! Thank you and best wishes.

New structure, very functional, very comfortable (for example, effective and quiet air conditioning) and welcoming. Modern taste, everything you need is there. Excellent cleanliness of the entire structure. Excellent location and great value for money. The owner is very kind and helpful. A couple of things in my opinion could be improved to reach perfection: the provided refrigerator cooled little and the bathroom products were a bit scarce in terms of quality and quantity.

Beyond the excellent structure, with new, clean rooms simply but tastefully furnished, equipped with air conditioning and comfortable beds, the splendid garden, very well-kept, the beautiful swimming pool, the large veranda where to enjoy great breakfasts, the convenient parking (unfortunately not shaded), the highlight of everything was the wonderful hospitality of Andrea and his family, who pampered us with attention and kindness. Truly a place to return to as soon as possible.

We stayed for a week with other families of friends. Andrea, the manager, had already shown maximum availability and attention to various needs from telephone contacts. The place is a corner of peace with a wonderful view of Assisi and strategic for moving around. The structure is new and taken care of in every detail. A garden full of wonderful flowers and plants, always clean pool with umbrellas and sunbeds. Despite the heat, the position gave us moments of great refreshment. In this difficult period, all necessary precautions have been guaranteed without missing anything. Breakfast not possible at the buffet was more than rich, both sweet and savory, with always fresh and delicious products. We will definitely try to create the opportunity to return and we absolutely recommend it.

Fantastic! Beautiful property in a quiet and convenient location to visit Assisi and surroundings. Spacious and very clean room, excellent breakfast. Lovely pool and the whole park with its "secret garden" attached. From the pool you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Assisi. The managers are very friendly and helpful with advice on itineraries and typical restaurants in the area. Definitely an experience to repeat.

Great place, Covid restrictions still affect the service, especially breakfast which cannot be buffet-style, but it's still excellent; friendliness and availability and the Secret Garden are a highlight.

We stayed for 3 days at this wonderful B&B that has everything needed to make the stay superb. Kindness and availability really top-notch. Enchanting location, with a wonderful view of Assisi and still close to several other destinations (Foligno, Montefalco, Bevagna, etc.). New structure with well-furnished and spacious rooms.
