Lage sehr gut am Ufer der Etsch. Parken mit Ausweis des Besitzers auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen im Umkreis der Wohnung möglich. Wohnung ist echt geräumig, dafür karg möbliert.

Struttura accogliente e pulita. Confortevole e vicino al centro di Verona raggiungibile in bus, ma anche a piedi. Michele super disponibile. Grazie per l'ospitalità.

La struttura è ubicata a due passi dal centro storico. I monumenti come l'Arena, Castelvecchio, San Zeno e la casa di Giulietta sono raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. La struttura è provvista di tutte le comodità che la rendono appetibile anche per lunghi soggiorni: ampia cucina, lavatrice, stendi biancheria e ferro da stiro. Il soggiorno custodisce una discreta scelta di film, per chi proprio non può fare a meno della TV. Il sig. Michele mi è sembrata una persona squisita e disponibile verso le mie necessità. Spero davvero di potervi ritornare.

Abbiamo soggiornato in due per due notti di marzo 2019. Decisamente il posto più economico in zona. Ha la fermata del bus di fianco, ci si arriva dalla stazione con il 91 o con il 94. A piedi sarebbero circa 30 minuti. È praticamente di fronte al Fiume Adige, in prossimità del Ponte Catena, luogo comunque tranquillo, e vicino all'Ospedale, pochi minuti a piedi. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario. La chiave del portone esterno non va inserita nella serratura principale del portone, ma quella che si trova alla destra del portone. L'appartamento è mantenuto bene, offre una cucina funzionante con tutto il necessario per far colazione, merendine gustose, marmellate mono porzione, latte, yogurt, etc etc. Il bagno lo abbiamo trovato pulitissimo e confortevole. Gli infissi possono sembrare datati ma in ottime condizioni. Il riscaldamento, anche se a marzo non abbiamo trovato particolare freddo, hanno funzionato alla perfezione garantendo un clima gradevole in casa. Un luogo ideale per chi deve soggiornare nei pressi dell'ospedale, ma anche per chi vuol raggiungere il centro storico passeggiando 20 minuti lungo il fiume.

Tutto perfetto. Host gentilissimo, reperibile e sempre disponibile. Appartamento provvisto di tutto l’occorrente e anche di più. Ci ha permesso di sostare oltre l’orario di check out, visto che ce n’era la possibilità. Colazione completa. Posizione vicinissima alle fermate degli autobus.
