"Bed & Breakfast La Nave" is a residence with unique, original style.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 13 to 8 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 7 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 4 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Un super B&B. Très bon accueil par Francesco dans cette oasis de verdure en pleine ville. Inattendu et enthousiasmant. Mais attention aux moustiques à l'aube et en fin d'après-midi.

Questa struttura dispone di tre differenti soluzioni. Io ho scelto il monolocale. La struttura si trova in zona Posillipo, facilmente raggiungibile. Le promesse sul sito sono rispettate, a partire dalla cortesia e dall'efficienza di Francesco, alla prima colazione in un bellissimo gazebo, circondato da aranci e limoni. Efficiente il wi-fi. Il monolocale è spazioso, la cucina è ben attrezzata. Gli elementi di perplessità concernono tre aspetti: il primo è che alla voce "parcheggio gratuito" voi immaginereste un cortile, o un garage e qualche cosa di simile, cioè chiuso e protetto; e invece in questo caso "parcheggio gratuito" significa che (di solito) si trova posto in strada oppure, sempre all'aperto e lungo la strada, in uno spazio a uso esclusivo del B&B. Il secondo elemento - magari occasionale - è che la finestra del bagno era chiusa e bloccata, con la conseguenza che il bagno non aveva altro "sfogo" se non sulla camera da letto, non proprio l'ideale. L'ultimo elemento: il water scarica male, con pochissima acqua e si ricarica molto lentamente. In sintesi, non sono stato affatto scontento del soggiorno però, anche per i motivi suddetti, ritengo che il prezzo di 80 euro per notte sia eccessivo.

Paolo la ringrazio per la recensione e mi ha fatto piacere ospitare due persone cortesi come voi, sono dispiaciuto per l’inconveniente della finestra in bagno in quei giorni dato che un perno si era rotto ho dovuto bloccare la finestra, ma già lunedì è stata riparata, lo sciacquone purtroppo non ricarica velocemente ma funziona normalmente. Per il parcheggio oltre che lungo la strada sul lato sinistro del nostro parco, abbiamo ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti sul lato destro della Villa due posti coperti è illuminati con una sbarra di chiusura, per una totale autonomia le ho dato direttamente le chiavi, di norma a mezzanotte viene chiuso e alle 7 e su richiesta prima viene riaperto, abbiamo inoltre altri due posti sull’altro lato della Villa non coperti ma sempre chiusi, sicuramente non sono garage che tra l’altro essendo un quartiere residenziale e tranquillo non se ne trovano. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo pagato se al momento del saldo avesse segnalato i problemi riscontrati avremmo potuto applicare il giusto sconto. La prossima volta che vi avrò miei graditi ospiti sicuramente recupereremo. La ringrazio e le mando un saluto dalla meravigliosa Napoli.
