A great B&B. Very good welcome by Francesco in this green oasis in the middle of the city. Unexpected and exciting. But beware of mosquitoes at dawn and in the late afternoon.

The place is beautiful. An oasis in the middle of Naples. Francesco is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is generous, and when we asked for something savory, he brought us pizza made by him. Fiore also attended to us wonderfully. It is far from the center, and if you go without a car, you depend on a single bus. We would choose it again without a doubt. Highly recommended!

This property offers three different solutions. I chose the studio. The property is located in the Posillipo area, easily reachable. The promises on the website are kept, starting from the courtesy and efficiency of Francesco, to the breakfast in a beautiful gazebo surrounded by oranges and lemons. The wi-fi is efficient. The studio is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. The elements of perplexity concern three aspects: the first is that under the "free parking" you would imagine a courtyard, or a garage and something similar, that is closed and protected; instead in this case "free parking" means that (usually) you find a spot on the street or, still outside and along the street, in a space exclusively for the B&B. The second element - perhaps occasional - is that the bathroom window was closed and blocked, with the consequence that the bathroom had no other "outlet" but into the bedroom, not exactly ideal. The last element: the toilet flushes poorly, with very little water and refills very slowly. In summary, I was not at all dissatisfied with the stay, but also for the aforementioned reasons, I believe that the price of 80 euros per night is excessive.

Paolo la ringrazio per la recensione e mi ha fatto piacere ospitare due persone cortesi come voi, sono dispiaciuto per l’inconveniente della finestra in bagno in quei giorni dato che un perno si era rotto ho dovuto bloccare la finestra, ma già lunedì è stata riparata, lo sciacquone purtroppo non ricarica velocemente ma funziona normalmente. Per il parcheggio oltre che lungo la strada sul lato sinistro del nostro parco, abbiamo ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti sul lato destro della Villa due posti coperti è illuminati con una sbarra di chiusura, per una totale autonomia le ho dato direttamente le chiavi, di norma a mezzanotte viene chiuso e alle 7 e su richiesta prima viene riaperto, abbiamo inoltre altri due posti sull’altro lato della Villa non coperti ma sempre chiusi, sicuramente non sono garage che tra l’altro essendo un quartiere residenziale e tranquillo non se ne trovano. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo pagato se al momento del saldo avesse segnalato i problemi riscontrati avremmo potuto applicare il giusto sconto. La prossima volta che vi avrò miei graditi ospiti sicuramente recupereremo. La ringrazio e le mando un saluto dalla meravigliosa Napoli.
