The property was perfect for our one night in Naples. The location was a bit busier than I expected, especially given the peaceful picture of the garden, but the breakfast was delicious and check-in was very easy.

We had a fabulous three night stay at The Foria House B&B. There were five of us and the large room with two beds on a mezzanine level was plenty big enough for us. The location was great, within walking distance of the historical centre and the station. For being right in the centre of Naples it was extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and were there every morning preparing a lovely breakfast! My kids still talk about the hot chocolate that Gabriele prepared for them every morning - they said it was the best they ever had! The staff were also helpful in advising us about what to do in Naples and where to eat etc. The Foria House is an ideal place to stay while in Naples, clean, comfortable, friendly, quiet, and conveniently located. It even has a garden to enjoy a drink in the evening.

My wife and I, along with one of our sons, stayed here for two nights and had an amazing time. Our hosts were also very helpful before our arrival and during our stay, which was very helpful as this was our first time in Naples. We would highly recommend this b&b and would also come back.

Very warm welcome in this bed and breakfast with our family of 4, both very well located next to the historic center and very quiet. The hosts are amazing and very good advice for visiting, parking, restaurants, ... Very cosy common areas: kitchen, lounge, garden, ... Air conditioning is appreciable in summer. Pleasant and comfortable room, nicely decorated, with a view of the garden and well soundproofed from the avenue. Carlo, the owner, is very welcoming and kind and gives good advice on what to see and what to prioritize according to our wishes and the time we have in Naples.

I can only agree with the positive reviews. An area for improvement is the garden, which could be better maintained. Otherwise, a clear recommendation - the accommodation itself is fantastic, a clear recommendation. The 24/7 kitchen is a dream, especially with young children. Flavia is a very dedicated and super friendly woman who ensures that you feel completely comfortable.

Spacious, comfortable, very clean rooms. Good location. You can walk to everywhere (or almost, if you like walking). Good connection to the airport with bus 182. Very friendly staff. A very nice garden that one cannot imagine seeing the facade of the building. Highly recommended for exploring Naples.

Very cozy and clean structure with spacious rooms. Convenient location to easily reach the city center on foot. Good breakfast with homemade cakes. Host always available. I would just pay a little more attention to the heating: the rooms, being very spacious and with high ceilings, take a bit longer to warm up only with the air conditioners.

Mainly I evaluate an accommodation facility based on the cleanliness of the room and at The Foria House it is excellent. The staff is very friendly and responded to all our requests promptly and accurately. Good breakfast, I would just add a bit more local products. B&B recommended!

It is a beautiful 'family' context. It is an old apartment renovated in a retro style very pleasant. It feels like home. Large spaces, high ceilings, air conditioned. Very nice garden. Managed by qualified, welcoming people. Great location, almost downtown, near paid parking. We recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights, in the Matilde apartment which is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, 2 single beds, a bathroom with an extralarge shower, and a living room with kitchen and sofa, it has a balcony door that overlooks directly the garden.

I am not used to giving high ratings to accommodations but this time it deserves all of it, starting from the location which is excellent, both for metro travel which is a 5-minute walk away, and for the historic center which is a 15-minute walk away. Great solution for families, as it has an outdoor playground and a kitchen that also allows for cooking at home. The only cost not evaluated is the parking which costs €3 per day, and is located 50 meters from the B&B, so in the evaluation phase also consider that, but then again in the center of Naples you always have to consider that parking will always be charged. So to conclude... Highly recommended choice.

I was welcomed by Riccardo, very kind, he showed us the property and then escorted us to the room, in the following days we met Flavia, kind and always with a smile and always available, it was a pleasure to chat with her. The property is very well furnished with a very particular style, clean and comfortable, you feel at home. It's also convenient with children, who are well received. If we were to come back to visit Naples, I would gladly stay here.

Cozy, clean, and very convenient structure to access the historic center with an affiliated garage just 100 meters away (a must in Naples for those arriving by car and want to move around on foot or by public transport). The holiday bonus was used without any difficulty.
