Great stay at Antonio's. The room is spacious with a view of the Colosseum, a 5-minute walk from the metro. You can visit everything on foot. The room is clean and has everything you need. Antonio is a welcoming host; thanks to him.

Lost in Rome is phenomenal. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it must be understood that there are legal regulations but Antonio strives to compensate and offers snacks throughout the day to grab whatever you want. The location is unbeatable, a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum and the furthest, the Vatican, is just over an hour's walk away, we only had to take the bus to the airport! The room fantastic, very comfortable and spacious.

Excellent location. Well-maintained property and a clean room. Mr. Antonio is very kind and accommodating. Having breakfast on the small balcony and admiring the rooftops of Rome with a little view of the Colosseum is wonderful!

Excellent structure in a strategic location, very well managed by Antonio, a delightful person who meets all your needs. Quiet area full of local establishments, 500 meters from the Metro/Colosseum. Spacious room, essential bathroom, and a free breakfast that can be enjoyed directly from the terrace of the room. Absolutely recommended.

Antonio is very courteous and welcomed us very well accommodating us for personal needs. Abundant and varied breakfast perfect to start the day well. Room view of the Colosseum, Altar of the Fatherland, and St. Peter's Basilica in the distance. Quiet area. Colosseo metro station convenient 5 minutes walk.

Pleasant experience! We had a great time, like being at home. Excellent value for money. Fabio is very kind and helpful. The location is convenient and reachable by public transport but away from the tourist chaos. It was a pleasure, I will definitely come back if I happen to be in Rome again!

Cinzia buongiorno, Grazie per la recensione, mi dispiace che la colazione l'abbia ritenuta alla stessa stregua, ci tengo però a precisare che nel Lazio i B&B non possono servire colazioni con prodotti freschi e/o di pasticceria o fatti in casa, ma possono offrire solo prodotti industriali. Purtroppo al momento questa è una limitazione che, probabilmente, in altre regioni non trova, speriamo in futuro di poter meglio soddisfare anche questa esigenza degli ospiti Saluti Antonio.

Buongiorno, la ringrazio per la recensione e mi rendo conto che la colazione può in qualche caso lasciare a desiderare, purtroppo la normativa sui Bed and Breakfast del Lazio non mi consente di servire quello che vorrei perché mi obbliga ad offrire solo prodotti industriali monodose, io cerco di compensare il disagio offrendo molto di più di quel che dovrei, inclusa la possibilità di un piccolo snack durante la giornata (può essere comodo dopo una giornata in giro per Roma). È stato comunque un piacere conoscere lei e la sua famiglia e spero di poterla ospitare nuovamente. Saluti Antonio.

We had a very good experience, even though the reasons for the trip did not allow us to fully take advantage of the opportunities offered by such a strategic location.
