This B&B had a good location and the host and service were good.\n\nRegarding Payment:\nIn the booking conditions it said that the Municipal tax was included in the room rates, however when paying the host charged me 4 EUR in municipal tax per day, totaling 44 EUR.\n\nThat was not as agreed when booking and as such most unsatisfactory.

The location is excellent, right in the center, close to all the main places to visit and in front of the Alibus stop. The key collection is autonomous and works well. We were given room 1, which is a triple. It was well equipped, spacious, and had a good view over Via Etnea. We could see the electronic panel of the bus stop from our window, which was very useful. The soundproofing of the windows is very good considering that it is a street full of people. The contact with the accommodation manager (Paolo) was quick and easy. The breakfast is in a café very close to the apartment. It is very good, includes a drink and a pastry. For us it was sufficient. What we did not like is that they do not allow you to have it at the tables even if you offer to pay the "cover charge". You have to take it at the counter or ask for it to go. We stayed 3 days, as on the last day (Saturday) the boiler broke down... there was only cold water and they could not fix it because it was the weekend... that was an inconvenience. However, we understand that it is something unforeseen and it will not prevent us from booking this accommodation again when we return to Catania. On the day of departure, they allowed us to leave our luggage until the afternoon when our flight departed. Thank you!

The agreement they have with the bar did not appeal to us at all. You can only choose a pasta and a latte coffee and you have to drink it standing up and you can't sit at a table. The second day we didn't go anymore.

We were attending a concert at the Metropolitan and the location of the property proved perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the theater. In general, the location is the main strength: in the city center, with Catania's main sites and monuments easily reachable. The furnishings are indeed a bit basic and would need some updating (the bathroom's sliding door). All appliances were working (smart TV, minibar and air conditioner). There were no heavier blankets for the night: having them available for guests, perhaps stored in a wardrobe, would be preferable. For breakfast only pre-packaged items can be served: this is certainly not one of the property's strengths. Stefano, the B&B manager, is kind and helpful.

Very convenient property on Via Etnea. There is no breakfast and no card payment terminal, so payment is cash only.

We stayed at this B&B and it was a truly positive experience. The room was very nice, carefully decorated and equipped with soundproof windows that ensure peace and restful sleep. The location is perfect: right in front of the Alibus stop to the airport, convenient and strategic for travelers. Paolo is an excellent host, always kind, helpful and attentive to guests' needs. The value for money is also excellent. We will definitely return.

I booked for my Parents and they were very satisfied! Well served by the means of transport with a bus stop Alibus in front of the property, a location on the main street of the city and a helpful manager who also recommended a great restaurant for them for dinner with very fresh fish! The room had a balcony right on via Etnea where the Giro d'Italia passed by so for my father, perfect stay! Thank you Paolo, I will definitely come to Catania myself and recommend it to relatives and friends, considering the enthusiasm of my parents! B&B Villa Bellini very nice, excellent location, qualified and very helpful staff. The only flaw is the breakfast bar, it would be better to make an agreement with another bar because if they treat your guests like they treated us 4, it's really in bad taste! The staff was extremely rude, extremely negative customer service, one in particular is a super racist in every way! I absolutely recommend this B&B, the only advice is to change the bar!

The structure is located in a perfect position, very close to the center but in a quiet street. The care of the environments is excellent, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and very clean bathroom. The staff is extremely kind and helpful.
