You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very clean and pleasant room very close to the airport (5 minutes by foot). Also within walking distance of the centre of Pisa. Great as we were catching a very early flight. Also allowed us to check in early which was very helpful as we did not want to walk around Pisa with luggage. Host very helpful.

We stayed for one night at Roberto and Silvia's for catching an early flight. They are very kind people, speak little but sufficient English, gave us good travel tips. The place is nice and clean, one flight of steps to reach it. There's a modest breakfast and a 5-minute walk to the airport (that is surprisingly not noisy at night).

Cette 2-ème expérience B&B a été B sans B ! Personne pour nous recevoir, notre accès à la chambre a été possible suite à un échange d'appels téléphoniques avec la personne qui était sensée nous accueillir mais qui n'étair pas la à notre arrivée. Elle est arrivée le lendemain matin, avant notre départ pour Rome. Les clefs se trouvent dans une boite à laquelle on a accès à l'aide d'un code que la réceptioniste se charge de vous indiquer en italien uniquement... Pas de breakfast mais des biscuits et une machine à cafè qu'il faut savoir manipuler, ainsi que des petites portions de confiture disposées dans un panier à coté de la cafetière commune à tous les voyageurs (3 chambres, avec sdb individualle).

Monsieur Pierre, ce que vous contestez dans la première partie s'explique en 3 mots : SELF CHECK IN, beaucoup l'utilisent, pour faciliter les choses vous auriez dû avoir quelque chose que beaucoup ont : la connexion internet, mais hélas vous ne l'avez pas fait. nous avons donc dû le faire par téléphone, et en italien, car nous ne connaissons pas le français mais seulement l'anglais. La deuxième chose que vous argumentez est le petit-déjeuner, mais vous auriez dû lire qu'il n'était pas fourni, cela dit bien dans la description de la chambre et le prix.

Super adresse, les chambres sont très propres et agréables et les gérants sont très gentils! Néanmoins nous avons été un peu déçues par le petit déjeuner qui était peu copieux et composé uniquement de gâteaux industriels. Nous recommanderons tout de même cette adresse !

Comoda perchè vicina all'aeroporto. Suggerisco di mettere le zanzariere alla finestra. Inoltre sarebbe comoda la macchinetta dispenser per acquistare il kit spazzolino+dentifricio. Capita di scordarlo.

Unico aspetto positivo la vicinanza all’aeroporto e la disponibilità e simpatia del proprietario/gestore, per il resto non posso fare altro che esprimere una valutazione non corrispondente ai miei canoni di positività poiché la struttura nella realtà è completamente diversa alle foto messe sul web. Tra l'altro avevo prenotato camera con bagno ma il gestore ha cercato di vendermene un’altra. Le lenzuola sembravano non completamente pulite, come riutilizzate. Mi dispiace per il settore che ha subito una crisi causa Covid ma il prodotto venduto deve essere buono se si vuole una valutazione positiva.

Giudizio più che positivo, ambiente cordiale e familiare. I gestori gentili e molto disponibili. Gli ambienti pulitissimi come a casa propria. Ottimo riferimento per chi si trova di passaggio a Pisa.
