At the Bed & Breakfast La Magnolia we had a great time, like at home. Norgia and her husband are excellent hosts, kind and welcoming. Our room was very large and clean, equipped with every comfort. We recommend this solution to everyone for a holiday in Fano and surroundings.

it is located just 5 miles from the center of Fano and beaches and only 200 meters from a shopping mall with a supermarket, newsagents, shops, bars, cinema, pizzeria and a bus stop.

It is therefore in a quiet and relaxing for those who want to enjoy a holiday in the countryside, only 2 minutes walk from the sea and all facilities within reach and strategic position for those seeking a cultural holiday and wants to explore the area (Urbino, San Leo, the Frasassi, the Furlo Gorge, Loreto, Gradara, San Marino) or food and wine and exploring the many inland city famous protagonists of festivals at the national level and therefore the taste typical local products offered (Cartoceto renowned for 'oil, and Fossombrone Acqualagna for truffles) and, lastly is simply a business trip and wants to stay conveniently close to major road links the city;

It is situated only 2 km from the A14 and 500 meters from highway E78 Grosseto-Fano, just 3 km away is the tourist airport, with flight school and skydiving.

exit at Fano, take the highway E78 (Fano-Grosseto) turn right and take the first exit and continue straight at the junction and after about 300 meters you will find B & Bs.
