The room was really nice, heated very well and very new, also the bathroom was well organized and clean. The structure is less than 5 minutes from the town of Rapolano and despite being close to the highway, no noise can be heard. The only downside was that you can hear everything from the corridor to the rooms, the soundproofing was not the best. Overall, we had a very good time and the manager is very kind and friendly, an excellent experience.

Recently renovated house, all brand new, tastefully furnished. Comfortable and quiet rooms, the house is very well soundproofed. Thermal baths 5 minutes away. Owner friendly, very kind and extremely helpful. I would return.

Excellent solution very close to Rapolano. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Impeccable cleanliness. I cannot rate the breakfast as we did not use it. However, it is a place worth returning to.

We stayed for one night for our anniversary. I had looked for a solution to be able to go to the thermal baths at night (so close) and this delightful Bed and Breakfast was the right choice. The room large, tastefully furnished, the bathroom simple but modern. Everything very clean, abundant breakfast, the owners very kind and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely come back on other occasions.

Beautiful location even though visited a bit out of season. Comfortable, clean, functional and well-heated apartment. Very kind owners who offered us a delicious breakfast made of products created by them (homemade jam and cake). If we go back to the thermal baths, it will definitely be a good reference point for us. Highly recommended.

Structure close to the thermal baths, the owner very kind on arrival gave us many useful information, excellent cleanliness and very nice the apartment assigned which corresponded to the photos on the website, also excellent breakfast with products made directly by the owner. Great location to reach Siena and surroundings.
