Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 21 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene la signora Consuelo carinissima ci ha accolti molto bene e messo subito a nostro agio indicandoci poi tutti i posti da vedere con cartina e locali in cui pranzare al top. Camera matrimoniale nella norma pulitissima, bagno fantastico con doccia e idromassaggi e stanza tranquilla insonorizzata. A cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini molto comodo per tutte le partenze e arrivi bus e metro.

Ottima struttura, gentilissima la direttrice Signora Consuelo, comodissima la posizione. L'unica mancanza una cassettiera in stanza. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro.

Piacevolissima esperienza. Ho soggiornato in questo splendido B&B per qualche giorno; devo dire che mi sono trovata molto, molto bene. Cercavo qualcosa di carino, comodo (vicino alla stazione) e che non costasse una follia. La scelta è stata azzeccatissima! Consuelo è stata disponibilissima, fin dal primo contatto, e poi ancora all'arrivo, dando tantissimi suggerimenti preziosi, anche in quanto a ristoranti e locali nei quali apprezzare la cucina romana. Gestione magistrale, anche da parte della mamma. Struttura bella, pulitissima e curata, dove davvero respiri l'aria di casa. Consigliatissimo!

Ottimo B&B in posizione ottimale, vicinissimo alla stazione che si raggiunge a piedi in 2 minuti. La proprietaria ha risposto in maniera tempestiva alla richiesta di prenotazione, ho concordato l'orario d'arrivo e sono stato ricevuto senza problemi da personale estremamente gentile con cui ho fatto un check-in rapido. Stanza spaziosissima, ordinata, pulita, bottigliette d'acqua nel frigo a disposizione. Letto molto comodo, tv con sky in camera, bagno privato in camera molto "chic". L'area colazione era ben fornita. Sarà sicuramente un punto di riferimento per altri soggiorni a Roma anche con la famiglia.
