An incomparably beautiful house, furnished with heart and good taste, simply wonderful! However, to enjoy this experience, one must accept the somewhat winding road - but it's worth it! The owner Corinne is accommodating, warm, and her commitment goes far beyond what we have ever experienced. The payment method is not appropriate, I have spoken with my bank and the 306 euro hold remains until the 20th, I don't understand why the direct charge is not made on the 3rd, it's the first time it happens to me in my entire life, just returned my rental car and they immediately released the deposit, terrible billing system.

We couldn't made the payment before your arrival, but only the pre_authorization, as we did. Once you arrived, we had could make the real payment. Usually other customers, in few hours, have their money free on their account. We can't have the control on this, because it's regulated directly from your credit card account and bank. Sorry again.

The structure is located on a hill from which you can admire a spectacular panorama. The cleanliness is excellent and it is immediately noticeable that the owners pay attention to the care of details. Good Italian breakfast. A few meters away is the little village with restaurants and grocery stores. The property was very flexible and accommodated us for specific breakfast requests. We hope to return one day!

The B&B is immersed in a very picturesque countryside landscape. Inside, it is well-kept, nicely furnished, and clean. The negative aspects are that the lady who manages the B&B is almost always absent, she arrives early in the morning for breakfast and, since the rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear any noise, which adds to those produced by other guests. Two rooms have an en-suite bathroom while the other two have a private but external bathroom, so you can repeatedly hear people coming and going and opening and closing the door. Another negative aspect is that we paid the sanitization fee (25€!) in cash and we were not given a receipt; the next day, the lady seemed confused and couldn't remember who we were and whether we had already paid. The booking did not include breakfast, in fact, considering it a bit expensive (9 € per person per day), we decided to have breakfast elsewhere; as soon as we left, I was contacted on my mobile by another girl who works at the B&B (never seen in person, only messages on WhatsApp) and, without even being asked if we had taken the extra breakfast, I was told that she had forgotten to charge me for the breakfast of 2 people for 2 days (total of 36€). I had to repeat once again that we did not have breakfast there and she did not even apologize.

Buongiorno Laura, a lei e a tutti coloro che arrivano con la Smartbox: alla prenotazione vi diciamo chiaramente che chiediamo integrazione di 25 €. Vi è arrivata una comunicazione dopo pochi minuti dalla Vs prenotazione a cui non avete risposto con un diniego, tant'è che siete arrivati e avete usufruito del ns soggiorno. Esiste la libera scelta, non imponiamo nulla: se si va bene confermate, usufruite del soggiorno e però poi non vi lamentate, soprattutto nelle recensioni e non di persona. Le segnalo che nei libretti Smartbox ci sono decine e decine di strutture. Si può valutare, scegliere e prenotare anche altrove se non vi va di pagare la spesa extra, che ripetiamo, non è nascosta, ma chiaramente segnalata ed indicata. nei due giorni di permanenza poi non si è lamentata dei rumori e sì, le confermo che non siamo lì tutto il giorno, perchè non siamo un hotel con reception e personale h24, ma un semplice b&b. Ci spiace per l'inconveniente delle colazioni: c'è stato un errore di comunicazione tra noi dello staff, e se non l'ho fatto telefonicamente, mi scuso ora. La fattura è stata regolarmente emessa ed inviata al suo cassetto fiscale, verifichi. Per il resto, credo di averle risposto adeguatamente a ogni punto. Buona continuazione

Well-maintained structure immersed in greenery. We slept in the loft, a 3-storey structure, 3 single beds on the mezzanine, bathroom and double bed on the intermediate floor, living room with kitchen on the floor below. Everything is extremely well taken care of in the smallest details, creating a warm atmosphere! Kind and helpful owners, abundant and varied breakfast for every taste. The house is surrounded by green hills, with a nearby forest where we were able to gather some chestnuts with the children, rating 10.

I stayed in one of the couple rooms (water room). Very clean environment, minimal but sufficient and very tidy furnishings. Self check-in very functional and well managed. Excellent and varied breakfast, homemade and non-homemade products. Recommended for couples for one or more romantic nights. The roads to get there are a bit narrow but well paved. Restaurants overlooking the plain are excellent just a few minutes away (note: great restaurants).

We stayed for a weekend in the Acqua room, truly wonderful! The extra touch is the bathroom in the room. The breakfast was very varied and all very delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. It's a place you would gladly return to. Michele and Nadia.

Ritengo la sua lamentela pretestuosa: i locali vanno sanificati comunque e per altro avvisiamo in modo tempestivo del rincaro. A voi la scelta di accettare o meno. Se accettate, recriminazioni postume lasciano il tempo che trovano. Diversamente sui cofanetti vi sono decine di altri hotel, b&b e si possono trovare tranquillamente valide alternative. Buongiorno Simone, nel vs cofanetto da 49.90 € la colazione non è inclusa, quindi ovviamente è servita a parte e per il tipo di colazione che offriamo (ricca di ogni cosa dal dolce al salato) crediamo che 7.50 € sia davvero irrisorio. Per i costi sanificazione, inviamo apposita mail a supporto della richiesta e ognuno è libero di scegliere se accettare o meno: accettare e poi lamentarsi, è poco serio. Aggiungiamo che noi collaboriamo da sempre con Smartbox, ma dopo il Covid la stessa azienda non ha tenuto conto delle spese aggiuntive per i partners come noi: dalla sanificazione, all'aumento di bollette etc. Su un pacchetto di 49.90 riceviamo un rmborso per due persone di 34 €. A noi va bene, per il numero di prenotazioni che riceviamo, ma sostenere - in questo rimborso - anche le ore aggiunive del personale per extra pulizia sanificazione ed aumenti di corrente metano e tutto in genere, è insostenibile. Per questo, visto che Smartbox ci ha chiaramente delegato questa parte dicendoci di arrangiarci con i clienti se avessimo avuto modicfiche rispetto ai servizi offerti, noi correttamente informiamo prima e lasciamo libera scelta. 90 € in due sono 45 € a testa, e in una struttura come la nostra, non sono troppi né spesi male. Buona continuazione ragazzi.

Medieval stone farmhouse on top of the mountains behind Bergamo. Steep road to get there, but extraordinary panorama, fresh breeze, and beautiful and comfortable structure, managed by a nice girl, Corinne. Many convenient restaurants that avoid going down to the valley in the evening. Strategic location to visit Bergamo, Lake Como and Lake Iseo, the San Pellegrino thermal baths, Franciacorta... Recommended!

I stayed at the B&B to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and we had a really pleasant weekend, during which the courtesy of Corinne and her mother immediately won us over along with great sympathy and availability. The location and the bedroom are wonderful, well-kept and very functional. We had the opportunity to taste a wine and local cheese/cold cuts tasting that was delicious! Highly recommended.

A lovely place, in this wonderful, beautifully renovated historical structure. Very beautiful and spacious room. Everything very clean. Great experience, facility known through SmartBox. We will definitely come back: exceptional view, very nice rooms (we were in the 'Fuoco' room with en-suite bathroom), very homely atmosphere, delicious breakfast. The only small drawback is the non-functioning Wi-Fi which is not a problem for us because we didn't need to work but just unwind (however, I emphasize it for those who instead have an extreme need for a functioning Wi-Fi). The facility overlooks the valley, has a garden where breakfast is served in summer. It is a 3-minute drive from Roncola, a town in the province of Bergamo. Fantastic place for a bit of relaxation.

It was a beautiful stay, I would say too short. The landlady and her helpers were wonderful hosts, always friendly, helpful, and with a smile on their faces. The location is wonderful for those who love the view and walks, a bit less convenient to reach Bergamo. I can only leave an enthusiastic review for this small reality managed with so much care and love.

Pleasant but short stay, in a particularly appreciable structure both aesthetically and for the landscape location. We had the chance to casually meet the owner, Mr. Ettore, a person of human depth and proven experience. The wife and daughter Corinne were also very nice and welcoming. The village where the b&b Ca' Baetti is located has a beautiful view over the Imagna Valley. A piece of advice? Breathe: you are not in Trentino but in the nearby Bergamo area. Like saying: from Lodi! The mountain close to home and part of home.

Beautiful structure surrounded by greenery and so much silence. Around us, absolute peace, very clean and comfortable. Bergamo and the Terme di San Pellegrino are easily reachable. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place for a few days of tranquility, spectacular panorama. Close to trails for beautiful mountain walks, a couple of km from Roncola, easily reachable on foot or by car and to the magnificent adventure park of the town. The owners are very kind and caring, they leave nothing to be desired, from the excellent breakfast to the walking tips. I spent 5 days with my daughters immersed in nature, silence, and clean air... a spectacle. We will definitely come back.

My boyfriend and I received a Smartbox and chose B&B L'Antica Corte E La Vecchia Dimora. We stayed for 3 days, from August 9 to 11, escaping the sweltering heat of the plain. The structure is indeed located in the upper Bergamo area, at about 800 meters above sea level, in a wonderful green setting that overlooks the entire valley below. The B&B is nestled in nature, but to reach the center, where the restaurants are located (try Ristorante Al Botto and Ristorante Roncola), it takes less than five minutes by car. Moreover, if you are a sports lover, by parking in the center you can reach the top of Monte Linzone on foot, almost 1400 meters above sea level, among sheep, cows, and breathtaking landscapes. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, enjoy a beautiful view and silence, only broken by the pleasant tinkling of the cowbells. There is also a terrace with a garden, ideal for relaxing or stargazing. The breakfast is rich and varied: coffee, tea, bread, artisan jams, brioches, fruit. All seasoned with a pleasant chat with Corinne's mother, the owner. To top it all off, they gave us two beautiful gifts: a honey spoon and a wooden keychain. If you need to break away from the routine and recharge in a spectacular setting, B&B L'Antica Corte E La Vecchia Dimora is the right choice. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful property, the room needs improvements both in the bed (various creaks) and the TV needs to be reviewed. If booked for two people, I don't see why the sofa bed was considered a bed and not a sofa. More precise information would be appreciated (additional payment for room sanitization?). The lady present at breakfast was very friendly and kind.

Recommended! Excellent structure immersed in nature and peace. A perfect way to regenerate away from the chaotic cities, with only the singing of birds and the distant tinkling of cows grazing in the background. Clean, welcoming, and practical structure. The owners are truly available for any need even in times of Covid (we were able to eat the takeout food in the restaurant in front of the fireplace in the breakfast room and they provided us with everything we needed). Truly three regenerating days between nature and the care of the owners. Thank you very much and see you soon! Marta and Luca.

I stayed with my boyfriend on the weekend of the first of May, using a Smartbox voucher. Corinne, the owner, really kind and nice, welcomed us at short notice, having everything ready for us. One of the best Bed and Breakfasts in terms of quality/price ratio we have visited. The rooms are cozy, clean, and tastefully furnished, as well as the bathrooms. The house as a whole should reflect Corinne's taste, who designed it. I had chosen them immediately on the internet, unfortunately in the end we could not stay at 'Ca' Baetti l'Antica Corte Foresteria' due to longer than expected ongoing work, but Corinne turned out to be really nice and helpful, she followed us during our stay helping and facilitating us, even though we had not stayed with her, so completely out of kindness! Thank you and I recommend it for those who are lucky enough to really go there! We will definitely go there!

We are in Imagna Valley, 20 km from the center of Bergamo, 25 km from Lecco and only 50 km from Milan. The Aereport Orio al Serio just 20 minutes away by car. Easily reachable from all directions, traffic ,columns, or traffic jams are unknown.
A nice little village nestled on the slopes of Mount Linzone, about 900 meters above sea level, surrounded by greenery and incredible landscapes.
