Completely negative experience. Check-in time had been agreed by phone the day before and reconfirmed half an hour before arrival. Upon arrival we were told that the B&B was fully booked because the host had assigned the rooms to other people without asking for their personal details. Panic but determination on our part: we insisted on our booked room. Unfortunately many hosts, following concerts at the Arena, assign the room to whoever arrives first. Let's not even talk about the cleanliness: terrible, and from the windowless bathroom there was always a smell of smoke. The only merit of the property is its location near the Arena. We recommend that the host improve the inefficiencies.

Accommodation in an ideal location for visiting the city and a few minutes from the arena. The room with shower, WC and balcony was very clean and nicely furnished. I can only praise the kindness we received during our stay. I will definitely return.
