The accommodation is very friendly and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is generous and delicious, offering a true local Italian experience, which you can enjoy on the terrace overlooking the beautifully maintained garden. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. They gave us great advice on what to see in the area and shared useful travel tips, all of which were spot on. The overall atmosphere is wonderful, and I especially loved the fact that there are friendly cats in the garden that you can pet. We truly enjoyed our stay thanks to the warm and welcoming hospitality and the homely atmosphere. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

We booked this B&B for our Transalpine Hiking Tour from Munich to Venice. It is located directly on the route, so you don't have to take a detour. The B&B was spacious, clean and we had everything we needed to recover well from the demanding daily tours. Moreover, the breakfast was plentiful and good, of course! Lucia, the hostess, was really nice and friendly to us. She made our stay as pleasant as possible and was always there when we had a question or needed anything. You can tell she runs her business with passion! All in all, it was a really nice stay and I can only recommend her B&B. I would come back here anytime.

This was the nicest Bed and Breakfast I have ever been to. It is located 5 minutes from the small town center of Fossalta di Piave, a beautiful walk. It is quiet, private, and the owner is extremely hospitable, making sure all your needs are attended to. The rooms are big and akin to a 5-star hotel room. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to the Veneto area.

Even with my second, very spontaneous request, we were warmly welcomed and every effort was made to make us feel completely comfortable. The apartment is very modern, well-kept, and super clean. Lucia and her husband are so warm - you just have to feel comfortable. For breakfast, everything one could wish for was offered, no wish remained unfulfilled.

We were warmly welcomed at the B&B Bella Piave by the owner Lucia and her family. The accommodation is very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet is very rich and with fresh products from the region. The B&B is conveniently located in a quiet area. Excursions to Venice can be easily done by train from the Fossalta di Piave station, parking is free. Jesolo and Caorle (beautiful old town) are not too far away for outings or beach holidays. Bikes can be rented for free and, with all the bike paths in the area, it's very relaxing. There is also a 9 km Nordic Walking route along the Piave, very well signposted. For more excursion tips, Lucia is always available. We will come back, Renata and André.

After over a year of Covid, we ended up at Lucia's place. It was the holiday we were expecting. A very clean house, with a quiet and wonderfully large garden. Pure relaxation! Lucia took care of us lovingly and gave us many valuable tips for excursions. There are many of them, as the place is very suitable for day trips. For example, 20 minutes by train to Venice. Even a walk along the Piave River was very romantic. We are very much looking forward to coming back and exploring the area further.

We were cycling on the Munich - Venice route. From there it is only a short way through Fosslata to this wonderful B&B Bella Piave. We were incredibly warmly welcomed by Lucia and her family. The rooms were very cozy and very clean. Lucia recommended a good pizzeria within walking distance. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. We enjoyed our stay very much and will always remember it very positively.

First of all, regarding the service and the welcome, five stars are not enough. We stayed for only one night — me, my wife and our son — but we can sincerely say that we felt really good. Mrs. Lucia is truly talented in running her B&B; she loves to chat but also to listen to the guests who arrive at her B&B, and she is ready for every need. She is also well prepared in tourist matters and knows how to suggest many places to visit nearby and beyond. Even though our stay was short, we had a pleasant opportunity to talk with her, and we really enjoyed it. This morning, when leaving, we almost felt sorry to go back home, which testifies to the warm welcome we received, with a truly appreciated service. The premises, including the rooms, are well equipped and clean. Not to mention the breakfast, which was excellent and abundant. We stayed with 3 people for one night. At the reception, everything was explained very well to us and the keys were handed over. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the bathroom is also warm and very clean. Outside there is a large garden surrounded by plants to enjoy in warmer periods. We chose this B&B as a base for excursions in the area, we found a wonderful place, immersed in greenery, in the silence that we miss so much in the city. The rooms are simply furnished but nothing is missing, bright, well air-conditioned but above all spotlessly clean! Breakfast is served in the patio, there is a lot of choice and above all abundance. We travel by motorcycle and the structure offers covered parking, so recommended for those traveling by motorcycle or bike. My husband and I with our three children (12, 10, and 5 years old) stayed for a few nights at the B&B Bella Piave and we had a great time! We had two rooms and a bathroom all to ourselves: the rooms are spacious and well-kept with attention to detail. Every morning we were greeted with a varied, good, and plentiful breakfast. The owners, Lucia and Paolo, are two wonderful people, the kind that enter your heart and make you feel at home: Lucia, who speaks several languages, is very helpful and passionate about her work, the area, the culture, and the nature and extensively advised us on the various local possibilities; Paolo, her husband, was equally helpful, even waiting up for us until late in an evening when we had some problems away from home; finally, Marco, their son, a very nice playmate for our children in the large garden equipped also for guests! We really felt at home! Lastly, the location is a great starting point to visit Venice, which can be reached directly from Fossalta comfortably by train!
