The owner did not inform us that there was no hot water in the shower. We spent 2 days without being able to take a shower properly, without support from the owner who did not respond to us. I am waiting for a refund of 50% of the amount I paid.

Gentile Ospite, dispiace che non abbia apprezzato il soggiorno. Le ricordo che il giorno del suo arrivo, domenica 20 ottobre, la città di Bologna è stata colpita da un terribile nubifragio e da una successiva alluvione che ha causato moltissimi danni a tante persone e persino la morte e di cui hanno parlato le principali testate nazionali ed internazionali. Anche via San Felice è stata colpita duramente: la valanga di fango ha allagato tutte le cantine del nostro stabile ed anche la centrale termica preposta a scaldare l’acqua calda. Sorprende che, a differenza di tutti gli altri Ospiti, lei sia l’unico ad ignorare che si è trattato di un evento così imprevedibile e di una tale portata che non ha consentito alcun messaggio di preavviso e di cui certamente non può ritenersi responsabile la struttura. Ciò nonostante è stata completamente pagata, a titolo di indennizzo, l’imposta comunale di soggiorno da lei dovuta. Grazie.

Nice apartment to visit Bologna (10-15 minutes away from the city center by foot). 20-25 minutes from the station. Antonio is a very good host, he will provide you a map and advise you the main things to see in the city + some nice restaurants.

The room with terrace does not have a kettle, only a coffee machine. Also, there was neither tea nor regular coffee, only two coffees with cow's milk. Fortunately, the very kind cleaning lady offered us regular (black) coffee and tea bags for the next day. However, she did not know the check-out time. There is only one chair, two would be better. We had a problem with the water not being hot enough, but the manager was very quick to resolve the issue. The apartment is well located (although not close to the center), but the price per night is too high for what it is.

Faccio presente che, come chiaramente indicato, tutte le camere hanno la macchina del caffè mentre il bollitore viene fornito solo su richiesta. Infatti forniamo tempestiva assistenza alle richieste degli ospiti sia da tutto il personale della reception e dal personale della pulizia come ha potuto ben sperimentare. Ovviamente gli orari di check-in e di check-out vanno richiesti al personale della reception e non al personale della pulizia. Infine prezzo di € 89 al giorno per una camera matrimoniale con tutte le dotazioni riportate sul sito è estremamente competitivo rispetto ai prezzi richiesti nello stesso periodo in città. Ma non mi soffermo oltre e lascio la questione alla Sua valutazione. Grazie.

I recommend this bed and breakfast because it is very close to the center of Bologna, very spacious and super clean room and bathroom. Upon our arrival, we received assistance from Mr. Antonio who was very kind and super helpful. We appreciated the welcome basket. I absolutely recommend it.

Posizione comoda al centro città. Camera funzionale e recentemente rinnovata nell’arredo. Si affaccia su una via purtroppo rumorosa anche la notte. Dietro il televisore trovata tantissima polvere, il resto della camera pulita. Peccato solo per la qualità del sonno (oltre a rumore, materassi non comodissimi). Prezzo buono se rapportato agli hotel della città, ma comunque parliamo di 150€ a notte per il solo pernottamento. Gentile e disponibile il gestore.

Great Bed and Breakfast for its location, very clean and courtesy of the owner who made himself available for any useful information. It is about a 20-minute walk from Bologna's central station. I was fully satisfied!

Great location, nice and clean room. Alessandro, the manager, was very polite and helpful, gave us many tips. I would suggest only to lower the air conditioning a bit because it was set at 25° and it was very hot. Obviously, I don't know if he had limits to respect being in a building. Anyway, I would definitely go back.

The structure is very new and beautiful. The managers are very kind and always available. The location is ideal for a sightseeing tour. In short, highly recommended! Only two downsides to our stay, the noise coming from the street and one of the single beds is very noisy. Everything else is perfect!

From booking to check-out, everything went perfectly. The room was very nice and spacious. Upon our arrival, there was also a basket with some snacks. The perfect location for the city center.
