Our B&B Tangram is located in a very central area of Bordighera. It has 3 bedrooms, two double and one single with bathrooms outside the rooms complete with every comfort (courtesy set and full bath towels). We always offer our guests breakfast, trying to respect individual preferences.

At guests' disposal the kitchen where to have breakfast, complete with accessories for the eventual preparation of meals by customers (not included in our service). Also at guests' disposal there is a lounge-relaxation with TV, and the garden, where you can relax in the shade, and have breakfast on request.

We also provide a baby bed, complete with linen and mattress.

On request single bed to be added in the two double rooms with a supplement of 15 euros per night.

Staying at Tangram was a delightful surprise! The house is a legacy to Giovanna's father, the great artist Enzo Maiolino, and is like stepping into history. She was a warm and welcoming host and we had intriguing conversations about art and culture. It felt like staying at a family home and I thoroughly enjoyed the garden and the delicious cake that Giovanna made for breakfast. Close to the train station and to the beaches, it is a very special place and she is a very special person that I hope to see again soon.

A charming property with a very kind and helpful host. The house is filled with art and books from the host's father, an acclaimed artist, giving it a peaceful and aesthetically pleasing quality. There is a lovely garden behind the house that our room opened directly onto where we ate meals. The location is very convenient to the station, the palace of Regina Margherita, the beach, and other spots. Unfortunately, a virus I had been fighting for days caught up with me while I was there, but the atmosphere of peaceful quiet was very restful as I recovered. Breakfasts included homemade pastries and homemade jams from fruit grown in the garden.

We were very warmly welcomed. The accommodation is very central, overlooking a very busy street, but the rooms are quiet. Breakfast is self-service with packaged products, but for this reason we can have it at whatever time we want. The decoration and identity of the place are original.

I spent two nights for work reasons at the very kind Miss Giovanna's, with whom I immediately established a relationship of trust. She explained to me how to reach Sanremo and where to take public transport. The B&B is very close to the train station and bus stop. Miss Giovanna prepares delicious jams, of which she then gifted me some. I gave the structure a 9 only because the room did not have a bathroom, but anyway each room had a dedicated bathroom. I will definitely return.

Giovanna's house has the flavor and soul of Bordighera and reflects the value of its history. The welcome is more than perfect, like all the spaces available to guests, living room/library and kitchen to then enjoy a very peaceful and wonderful large garden. Truly a charming house.

We had a great time. The house is a stone's throw from the beach and the center, it is beautiful and comfortable, the garden is splendid and very fragrant. Very comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness, amazing breakfast, all made by the owner Giovanna, from the cake to the bread, to the delicious tangerine jam (from the garden). Giovanna is also very nice and helpful, we will definitely come back.

Giovanna and her husband were extremely helpful. The house is cozy and characteristic, having been the home of an artist, the room comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Nothing is missing. The location, very close to the sea, is perfect if you don't want to move the car. The surroundings offer many ideas for sightseeing, but we wanted to rest and enjoyed the sea and comfort.

We stayed only one night at the B&B Tangram, but we had a great time! Excellent location, on the main street so convenient to services, the sea, and the upper town. At the same time, the house also overlooks a closed street and therefore turns out to be very quiet as a location. Mrs. Giovanna, very welcoming, was helpful in communicating with us before arrival and gave us directions on what to see and do in Bordighera. The only downside is parking, but that's how it is throughout Liguria.. but with a little goodwill, you will find a spot!

We stayed for three days and we had a great time. Comfortable room, good breakfast, clean premises. Excellent company of Giovanna, the owner. Very close to the center of both Bordighera and Bordighera Alta. Three minutes walk from the beaches. I would gladly return.

Hey, I'm Giovanna

To manage the B & B Tangram is the owner of the property, Giovanna, pediatric nurse who wanted to create this structure in memory of her father, Enzo Maiolino, painter, engraver, writer and archivist, very famous in the area and abroad. In fact, the choice of the name TANGRAM, an ancient oriental game, also called "The square of wisdom" as illustrated in a poster available to guests in the common parlor. Giovanna will be happy to provide further details on the life and work of her father to those who show interest and curiosity. In the structure is also available to guests a large collection of books and publications of various kinds, which is part of the father's archive, is available at any time, but for which we ask for special care.

Our structure is about 50 meters. from the sea, and from the pedestrian promenade, where there are both free beaches and numerous bathing establishments. Upstream a delightful pine grove overlooks our house, and gives access to the old town, full of characteristic and local places as well as giving a splendid view of the sea, the port and the coast both to the east (Sanremo) and to the west (Ventimiglia and la Costa Azzurra).
Basic services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. they are easily and quickly reachable.
The owner is always available to guests for any need.
